Rory nodded. "I do. I just didn't want you to get all emotional," he teased.

Eli's giggles quickly changed over to full-on belly laughs. "Daddy!" she gasped between her laughter.

Jack smirked. "I do get emotional." He laughed and hugged him again. "I'm proud of you, Rory."

Rory smiled. "Thanks, Dad."

Eli still giggled wildly. "It tickles!"

Jack held him at arm's length and smiled at him. "You've become such a fine young man."

Eli laughed again and collapsed into a fit of giggles.

Jack smiled and nodded. "I know."

Jack chuckled softly. "Hug me one more time, and then you can escape from me." He held out his arms for him.
