Hannah leaned into him and sighed, her meal temporarily forgotten. "I just miss them a lot."

Hannah nodded a bit. "I know. I just...I wish they were here. They would have loved you."

"I would have loved them too, I'm sure," he said.

Hannah smiled a bit at that. "You would have. Everyone did."

He smiled, running his fingers through her hair. "Just like you," he murmured.

Hannah closed her eyes as he ran his fingers through her hair. She loved it when he did that. A smile grew on her face as he complimented her. "Don't make me blush," she murmured.

Mack smiled. "But it's true," he said.
