"Alright," he said and walked with her.

When they reached her house, Lizzie pulled him up to her room. "It's up here," she explained. "Now sit down and close your eyes."

Rory did as he was told, chuckling.

After a few minutes, Lizzie said softly, "Okay...open your eyes." She was sitting on a small stool on front of him with a guitar on her knee. "To an amazing boyfriend." She smiled to herself, then began to play and sing a song she'd written.

Rory opened his eyes, and listened to the song. He smiled, watching her.

When it ended, she set her guitar aside and blushed. "Happy anniversary, Rory."

"Happy anniversary, Lizzie," he said, and stood up to hug her.

Lizzie smiled and hugged him back. "I wasn't sure what to get you, so...I'm sorry it wasn't really that good; I made Molly show me some of the chords cos she plays guitar and I tried to write lyrics but I'm really bad at writing..." She chuckled. "Hopefully I can write a better one for our one-year anniversary."

Rory smiled. "It was amazing, baby," he said, laughing softly. "I love you."

Lizzie's face lit up. "You really think so? I love you too, baby!"
