Mouse sat, pondering what he said. After all these years of not caring, she mainly forgotten her family's names, but Pine and Wing sure rung a bell. So did Patch and Shadow. "Yeah... they were named that. How old are you, 35 moons?" Even though it was dark now, and raining steadily, Mouse didn't care. She had to find out if Yin-yang was her brother. "Did you have a sister? Always referred to as kit?"

-Sure, come on over. xD Just kidding, since we're not even in the same time zone, and I don't know you.

Yin sat for a moment trying to remember his age. "Somewhere around there." This was getting a bit awkward. He looked to his paws. As she asked if he had a sister named kit, he slowly nodded. "Yeah...its me...Patch.." When he brought his head back up, he tried to smile. But couldn't. "I don't think mum ever had it in her heart to just leave you..at least now you know she didn't." He tried to stand, but his legs wouldn't work properly.

Wintersong purred gently, licking her paw. She watched the young apprentices as they wandered off. She decided not to have them do the other errand she had planned. They were probably very upset about Jadekit. She walked over to them. "Thank you for doing that for me. Hello Forestpaw. She licked her apprentice on the head, smoothing down a couple stray hairs. 'How about you all go get some sleep, it's getting late.

The longer Mouse thought about it, the more she remembered. She remembered that her Parents were colored one black and one calico, although she didn't remember exactly which one was the black pelt and which one was calico. She also remembered she was one of two siblings with calico coloring, and her other brother was black. She had already figured out Yin must be her brother when he spoke. "Wow. Your Patch." She echoed. "I'm 'kit'. I wonder what happened to Shadow? I wonder if he's still out there? And what do you mean, I knew she meant to leave me."
-Kinda lazy. Oh well, I'm trying to hurry.-

Kestrelpaw dipped his head to Wintersong respectfully. "Your welcome." He smiled, taking her advice and heading of to bed. But first, he inquired; "What was the other job you were going to have us do?"

"Get to work Jadekit! You have you're stash of wood. It's dark out, you'd better hurry." She called. "Rock, we'll sleep in shifts. Just in case. I'll take first. You'd better not let that cat go, or I'll claw your throat out." She yawned, not sounding particularly mean. With that, she curled up near where Jadekit was working. Haiku fell asleep just after she commanded Rock to wake her when he felt tired.

"My den is done. And thanks for the sleeping shifts. Makes me feel all special being looked after so nicely. Jadekit said this very sweetly. If Haiku wanted to boss her around, then let her. Jadekit would play her game. She stalked off, and made her way to the pond, her paws sinking into the sand. She had a quick drink of water, then headed off to her self-made den where she fell into a deep sleep. Scared for what the morning might bring.

Leafclaw looked around the camp. She wanted two warriors to stay up and keep an eye on the camp. Spotting Nightfrost she went up to him. "Hello Nightfrost. Would you mind guarding the camp tonight? I still need to find one more cat as I want two, but I would really appreciate it. I don't trust the rouges, especially with Tigerstripe not here."

Mousetail walked back into the elders den to find his dinner. He licked his chops and sat down to begin eating. Once he ate his fill, he laid down on his nest and went to sleep.

-Provincial Achievement Tests. they are a government required test, worth 50% of your final grade. Each province has it's own standardized test to fit it's curriculum and all students in the province write the tests at the exact same time. They are required to be taken every 3 years. Sounds fun, eh?-
