The ear being rubbed twitched a little then perked up a little after a moment, slowly allowing the petting. France sighed and looked at her.

He chuckled a little and looked to Feliciano and pet him lightly on his head in a kind and still tired way as well. he looked to Prussia and asked, "are you staying the night? Or just for a little?"

Arthur continues to pet her, he glances at France. "Are you staying? I don't think you would be able to make it home in the rain."

Feliciano purrs softly, starting to drift asleep.
"I can stay." Gilbert nods, he picks up a beer and pops open the cap before taking a sip of it.

He shrugged softly, "I guess I will. Thank you Arthur." He said with a kind smile then lightly pet Alex's head and set his hand down again.

He chuckled then looked to Feliciano and smiled, petting his head softly, liking it when he slept, he just looked more peacful and calm than normal.

Arthur nods. "Mhmm." He gently continues to pet Alex.

Feliciano purrs in his sleep, curled up to him.
"Where'd you find him?" Gilbert asks, taking another swing of his beer.

Slowly calming down, she looked out from under her hair and looked up at Arthur for just a brife moment before curling up again.

"He was on my door step in the middle of night after the meetings, it was raining pretty bad here." He said and sighed as he pet the neko.
