❝Hey there! I'm Ryder Threatt, but people usually call me Ry, Ry-Ry, Threatt, etc but only if they're my friends. If I don't know or like you, it's Ryder. Period..❞❝You seriously want to know more about me? Is this an interview or something? Uggh. Great. Well, considering that you might possibly be blind, let me describe myself. I am what most would call picture perfect, though I'm not saying that to be self-centered and arrogant. My hair is a shiny brown that falls in waves to my lower back, a contrast to my electric green eyes, where most assume can look into someone's soul my stare is so meticulous.
Having been born in the sunshine state, my skin has a deep tan, one that doesn't seem to go away all year round. Having the build of a well trained athlete, what with muscled arms and long legs that seem to go on forever, a tight abdomen, thick thighs full of muscle, I am just a power house, including my voice. Growing up being ignored, I spent my time either playing sports, or playing music. Along with my ability to play just about anything, I was gifted with a unique voice. Singing became my passion, as was playing the guitar.
Even with my piercing eyes, tan skin, long hair, I have flaws. My personality, mostly. With a sharp tongue and quick wit, I'm one to always have a quick comeback. Even though it may not appear so, I'm actually pretty smart. I get good grades, but only so I can play sports. I don't care to impress my selfish parents. So, now you know I have long brown hair, tan skin, ripped muscles, green eyes, you now have the face of Ryder Threatt. Me.❞❝My personality? Seriously? Stalker much? I'm surprised you haven't figured out it yet. What a shame. Anyways, I am dangerous and artistic. I guess my personality could be described as sarcastic and rude. I have a quick tongue and I lash out constantly. Some have said, okay most, that I'm not someone you want to anger, which is probably true. Hard headed and stubborn, I don't take no for an answer. My bite is just as bad as my bark. When you get on my bad side, there is a good reason it's called a "bad side". My sarcasm is harsh and my teasing is rude. I'm the type that will go "Did you really just say that?" My smart-aleck remarks are very common, and if you listen, actually listen, you'll see they're quit wise. I know I know, hard to believe. Me wise? Ha, yeah right. But in reality, I can be. In a precarious situation, I always have the wise eye. I always know what to do, and how to handle things.
Quick-witted. I know how to return a comeback with enough ferocity to scare even the mightiest of people. I'm not one to sit there and let myself be trampled. Though quiet when I have nothing to say, I'm quite the observer. Absorbing everything like a sponge, I'm exactly that - a sponge. Though unheard and unnoticed, when I want to be heard, I make myself heard I do.
Confidence. This girl has confidence oozing out of her, practically emanating. The aura around me is not necessarily full of myself or selfish, but rather, a high self-esteem and confidence. Well that's what people have said. Not caring about what others think of me, I do my own thing. And I'm proud of it.❞❝My history? Sheesh, you're getting a little personal now. Since I don't mind talking, and I kinda like the sound of my voice and all that jazz, I'll go ahead and tell you. My history is pretty lame, but here's some important parts. I have a past like any other. I grew up with two parents, with an older sister, Hanna. With Hanna being in her twenties and already off doing her own thing, that left me in the shadow of my perfect sister. Thrown into a sea of expectations, I did the only thing I could think of - rebelled. I became the rebellious, smart-aleck, sarcastic, funny girl I am today. My parents naturally hated the change in personality and fashion, since I had taken a liking to a different fashion then the fancy prep school clothes Hanna wore. Anything I did that wasn't helping me to the college of my parents' dreams or making my grades even higher then they already were, they disapproved. They even hated me having friends. So, with Hanna the favorite child and me being the regretted one, this is how I grow up. The constant sigh and groan every time they see me; I soon grew used to this. It's not like they strip me of everything familiar - I still get to live there, have all of my things, get to buy things, etc. It's just without the parental love or support.❞❝Well, that's almost all of it. Since I told you about everything else, I might as well tell you some more. I have some cool, and not so cool, things about me! Some might consider my piercings and tattoos cool. I have my ears double pierced, the cartilage in my left ear pierced, my right nostril and my belly button. I have a star on my right foot, a butterfly between my shoulder blades, stars starting on my lower back and going up to my middle back and the word "Love" in cursive on my right hip. Cool right?❞❝You bet I have a dog! She's the absolute coolest. Her name is Vegas, I take her everywhere. Here's some background info about us; I got Vegas when she was just a puppy a couple years ago. We had actually found her on the side of the road in the box. It was a pitiful sight - you could see her ribs, she was too small for her young age. Without a second thought, I took her home. My parents weren't happy, but they got over it. I just had to pay for everything, but I didn't mind. Vegas adjusted fast though, except when she ate my shoes and chewed on my furniture. It was a pain training her to know that those weren't chew toys for her. When she was fully grown, I began taking her everywhere with me. She knows to never leave my side so now I don't have to use a leash. I have to be careful where I go with her without a leash because with her being a big dog, people get nervous with little kids around her. It's annoying but I kinda understand. After a couple of years they accepted that Vegas wasn't going anywhere. Hanna of course loved her, but Vegas wasn't too fond of her. Vegas could somehow sense that I didn't like my parents or my sister too much, so she would always tense up every time she saw them. It was funny, to be honest. So Vegas was there in every picture, at every important event that she was allowed into. She's been my constant companion for years and always will be..❞❝Nice meeting you, I gotta go see my friends! Bye!❞

❝Hey. I suppose that I need to be talking to you, hm? Well, I'm Hanna Marie Brooks, but people usually call me Hanna. Just call me Hanna please. Not Elizabeth, or Liz, or Lizzi, or Brooks, or Hannie or anything else dumb you might come up with. I'm really not one for nicknames, unless I'm close enough to you that I give you a nickname first. Also, you should know, people tend to call me the "Ice Queen" behind my back. I'm not deaf, you do know that right? I guess that stems from me having such a hard time with "letting loose." I can be outgoing, yeah, but I don't do crazy stupid stuff. Deal with it.
Anyways, my first name, Hanna, comes from the place where my parents first met. A small coffee shop, you guessed it, called Hanna's. I don't know why they decided to name me Hanna, don't ask, maybe it's because they are actually in love. Or maybe they wanted a reminder of when times were good, carefree, and they had lives outside of their jobs. They still go there, but they've never bothered to take me with them, and I've never bothered to ask.
My middle name, Elizabeth, is my great-great-great-great grandmother's name, on my father's side. I guess they couldn't really use my mom's name for my middle name, because Hanna Anabel doesn't sound all that great. They had to have the perfect middle name for their daughter, anything less would never be considered. I'm just glad I didn't end up with a middle name like Ester or Mathilda. That would have sucked.
My last name, Brook, obviously comes from my father's side. I really don't know if I have all that much to say about it, only because last names are inherited, not chosen, like a first or middle name. I guess you might be able to choose what last name you wanted if you went in to get your real last name changed. I'm not sure if that is legal or not. Hm. Anyways, the Brooks name was kept alive through many generations of sons.❞❝Well, considering that you might possibly be blind, let me describe myself. (I really hope you aren't deaf as well, because I don't know sign language, and I'm not about to say all this only to realize that a. you can't hear me, or b. you just aren't listening. So, HEY! Listen up now.I'm a pretty petite, delicate looking girl, but I am tougher than I may look. I have long, wavy blonde hair that falls to the middle of my ribcage. It's a lot of work, and I try not to brush it unless it's wet, only because attempting to brush it while it's dry results in a very, very unflattering mess. I have pale blue eyes, and a few freckles here and there, although they are hard to see unless you get really close to me. Thick dark lashes frame my blue eyes, so I don't really need to use mascara. I have what some people would call cream-and-roses skin. In a nutshell you could say that I'm the envy of every self-conscious girl out there, which is perfectly okay with me, although it would be nice to have some friends who won't go stabbing me in the back... Hm.. Well, I can't really change my looks, now can I? I can't help it. They really shouldn't be jealous...
Anyways, I may be all delicate looking, but I can pack a punch... well... not literally, I wouldn't every dream of punching someone. How unladylike... no, I mean that I am athletic and extremely competitive. I guess that comes from parents who are constantly pushing their only child to be her very best... all the time. Tennis and volleyball are my sports, although I'm always up for a challenge and willing to try others. Because of this, I am lean and fast on my feet, how can I not be?
The next thing I should probably mention is the fact that I have thin wrists, and long slender fingers, perfect for playing the piano, another thing that my parents pushed early on. I took lessons for years, and when they discovered that they didn't have the time to pay for piano lessons they hired a private instructor to come and teach me, so I wouldn't have to leave the house and they could leave for work. Kinda dumb right? Yeah, I know. I suppose you could say that I'm the least of their worries, in fact, sometimes I doubt the fact that they even realize I'm alive.❞❝I'm surprised you haven't figured out my personality yet. Really? Really now? You've stopped paying attention to me already? What a shame, I thought I was interesting... Anyways, I am generally considered to be a snotty-nosed brat who steals peoples boyfriends. I mean, yeah, I may be a bit of a bitch on the outside, but if you ever actually take the time to get to know me, I'm kind of a sweet pushover.. I guess my personality could be described as sweet and fun-loving on the inside, but cold and calculating on the outside. I have a hard time making friends, but I'm hoping that my reputation hasn't preceded me here. I'd love to try and keep it a secret, at least for a little while. In all honesty, I'd really like these people to think of me as a normal chick with your average, run of the mill parents.
As stated before, I am extremely competitive, and a bit of a perfectionist, the most obvious by-product from having the parents that I do. But because they are constantly pushing me to do better, I am really, really hard on myself, especially when learning something new. It pains me to say this, but I've obviously inherited their perfectionist nature. Because I am so tough on myself all the time, I tend to have really bad mood swings, but I often refrain from letting them show. I try really hard to not let people see how I am feeling on the inside, often putting on a smile when I feel as though I am about to break.
But there are times when I can be a super happy, bubbly, outgoing person. I love to party, another byproduct of having the parents I have. Because they place so much pressure on me, I can be a bit of a rebel, but I usually take a bit of warming up to the people I'm 'bout to be partying with before I let loose. Generally when I'm around my city friends, I play the part my parents expect me to play, the perfect little rich girl who always does what her parents say and never dreams of doing anything that might get her in trouble... but here...away from their prying eyes, things might change.❞ ❝My history? Sheesh, you're getting a little personal now. -Creep...- Uh.. I guess my history is pretty lame, considering my parents leave me alone all the time. Unless of course you'd like to hear about all the things they buy to try and make it up to me...I guess there are some important parts. My parents, Thomas L. Brooks and Anabel Marie Cheney, met by chance in a small coffee shop called Hanna's. They were both surprised to learn that their parents were old friends. They met up again, although the second meeting was not by fate, instead it was arranged by their parents. I guess you could say that sparks flew...but I won't get into any more details than that. Ew. I get shivers just thinking about it. Bleh.
Anyways, I guess you could say that my mom wasn't that surprised to find out that she was pregnant before they'd even gotten married. She knew that her parents and my dad's parents wouldn't be pleased, so she kept it a secret until they tied the knot. I was born six months after the wedding, and I actually came a month early. I was born September 19th. I'm currently 17 years old, about to turn 18 - yay for being a legal adult! - in a few months.
You could say that both of my parents were...less than thrilled with the fact that they now had a daughter, what with my dad being in medical school and my mom on her way to becoming a prominent lawyer. For quite some time they seriously considered putting me up for adoption. Things probably would have gone down that road had my grandparents, on my mother's side, intervened. They were strict people, but they firmly believed in dealing what God has handed down, and at the time, that meant that my parents had to deal with me.
So, as you've probably already figured out, my parents kinda dumped me off at the house whenever they could. I mean, if I'm being completely honest here, I don't really consider my biological mother my mom, and the same goes for my father. They never were around that much, what with their jobs and all. So I was left in the care of the housekeepers and my multiple tutors and instructors.
Well, things did have their bonuses. As I grew I pretty much had free rein of the house, and access to my parents' funds, although I had to be careful not to spend too much at once.
I did have one true boyfriend, and multiple "flings" - I guess you could call them that... although I've never.... well, you know....anyways - over the years, although I never intentionally stole anyone's boyfriend, although they may have come to my parties and tried to hook up with me. But no, there was only one guy for me, and in the end he took my heart in his hand and threw it on the ground...not to mention stomping on it several times afterwards. I don't really talk about him anymore, and I'd appreciate it if you refrain from asking.❞❝Well, that's almost all of it. I have some cool, and not so cool, things about me! If you are still willing to listen... I'm just gonna list them for you, since I think I'm starting to lose my voice.. Ugh.
☑ I run every morning. So if you are staying in my cabin, you'd better be an early riser.
☑ I have my own credit card, courtesy of the parental units.
☑ I've had alcohol... (Shh. Don't tell.) Only once, after my scum-bag boyfriend dumped me for one of my best friends.
☑ I play tennis, volleyball and the piano.
☑ I try to refrain from doing unladylike things.
☑ I have no tattoos or piercings. My parents would kill me if they ever happened to come home and notice one.
☑ People generally judge me before they get to know me. I am good at putting on a facade.
☑ I'm an only child.
☑ I've never cut my hair above my shoulders.
☑ Duke is my first and only dog. In fact, he is the first pet I've ever owned. [Excluding two goldfish when I was four.]
☑ I am most definitely a city-girl.
☑ I can't stand snakes.
☑ My favorite season is winter.
☑ My favorite color is, - you guessed it - pale pink.
☑ I like to paint, especially with pastels.
☑ If I could be any animal, I'd be a sparrow.
☑ I took ballet lessons up until I was fourteen. My parents attended one of my 28 recitals.
I guess this is the last one.... and you have to swear that you will never, repeat it.
☑ If I could have anything in the world, anything at all, I would want someone who loves me for who I am, and not what my parents have made me.
❞❝You bet I have a dog! He is the absolute coolest, I mean, with a name like Duke and a face like that, how is he not the coolest dog on the planet?! I take him everywhere with me, thank god I got to bring him here.. Here's some background info about us; I got Duke as an early Christmas present. But there are two real reasons as to why I got Duke... well, maybe just one, but several things tie into it. First of all, with my parents working all the time, I'm home by myself more often than not, especially since the one thing that they haven't bought me is a car. Secondly, we don't have security. I mean, we have alarms and cameras and stuff, but no guards or anything like that, so I was completely and positively helpless when our house got broken into by a dumb thug. Thank god I have a loud scream and a tennis racket. Man, things could have gone wayy down hill.
So Duke was given to me as an apology and someone to keep me company while my parents are away, which is all the time. I wasn't really that close with him at first, I wouldn't even let him sleep in my room, but now I absolutely adore him! He sleeps in my bed every night, and most of the time ends up sleeping on my pillow beside me. I was pretty pumped when I found out that they were letting me bring him here, especially since I wasn't too excited that I'd be spending my summer in a cabin with five other girls. Oh well. At least I have Duke..❞❝Well, I guess I should say that it was nice meeting you, but you didn't really talk all that much, and to be honest, I did catch you staring off into space several times. Oh well. I have to run, ya' know, places to be, people to see, boyfriends to steal, the usual. See ya!❞

{ Nevermind, I will use yours c : }} _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________
❝Hey there! I'm Terith, but people usually call me Dessa, or the original one, Terith.
I currently stand at the near-end of eighteen years old, yep, your heard right, eighteen years on mama Earth, babe! Pretty darn spectactular, I should have a party that celebrates my eighteen years on Earth. Oh wait, I guess that is called a birthday, which takes place near the end of the glorious summer on August third. I am not a spring baby, a lot of kids are born in May, but nope, not me. Another thing that you should know is that I am half Irish, but born in Canada. My mother is from Ireland, but moved to Canada later in her life, only a couple years older than me right now. My father, however is a pure Canadian. So I am half irish, half Canadian, but the many years in Canada washed out my faint Irish accent, which only shows up at uncommon intervals. I think that is all for this portion of the interview, no need to ask if I am ready to move on, the question is, are you ready to move on?❞❝Well, considering that you might possibly be blind, let me describe myself.❞"You want me to go find a mirror? That is a little bit creepy, don't you agree? Oh, you mean how I look? Well, can't you see? You have two eyes, use them."
Terith is a common girl at first glance, nothing special, a usual blonde with pale skin. What is so unique about that? Well, at a closer look, you will realize that she has a tie-die of brown in her hair. Mostly consisting of a light brown, hazel and caramel colors. Some dirty blonde and golden brown is thrown in there too. Her hair comes down to three quarters of the way up her back, a quarter of her back below her shoulders. Yet, it is lightly wavy with the under layer curled, which makes it spring up to approxtimately six inches below her shoulders. Her brown locks are sweeped across her forehead to the right of her head. The eighteen year old usually tugs her hair to infront of her shoulders, and does not commonly fancy-it-up. A classic, messy ponytail is her usual weekend style.
Tera has pale skin, she doesn't tan, neither burns. Her friends and complete strangers explain her as "nearly as pale as a ghost twenty-four seven". Let me explain, her skin is a very pale shade of peach, only a thin layer of peach fuzz coats her arm, so she had never shaven her arms before, and never plans to. Back on topic, her arms are slim, yet very muscular. Her legs are basically the same story, slim and muscular. Her stumach is skinny, not tiny like some girls, though. Teriths's face is not delicate, yet unique and outstanding. Her features are not small, yet large, large eyes and nose. A normal mouth, though. Her cheeks are peculiar, they have a constant rosy red glow, not very noticable, but always there. She un-blushes to show when she blushes, the color drains from her cheeks. And, her cheeks match her pale face, than the color comes back and there is, once again, a red tinge.
❝I'm surprised you haven't figured out my personality yet. What a shame. Anyways, I am Stubborn ; Cheesy Romantic ; Care-free ; Absent/Unorganized ; Sarcastic ; Suspicous.❞"Ever let people walk all over you? Not me, I would rather get dirty and messy from rolling in mud, don't get me wrong; I do roll in mud quite a bit, than let people land footprints all over you. I, for one, stand up for what I want and believe in, which can irratate people more than a bit. This girl doesn't let people tell her what to do. My body still, and forever will, stand footprint free. I might be a bit to stubborn, mind you, as people get very frustrated withy me. Sometimes, I am shy to admit it, but sometimes, I will say something, than, even though I don't really like it, but the other person doesn't either, I will nearly make them do it, despite my displeasure of it. See? I am incredibly stubborn." Stubborn.
"Another thing that explains me is a cheesy romantic. Yeah, yeah, I am a sucker for the moonlit dates, the beach-grounded proposals, the exotic or old-fashioned weddings, all that musy, embarrasing to like kind of stuff. My relationship-based wish is to have a midnight date with a kind, yet cool man on the beach, than have him propose to me on the exact place where we first met, than have a old-fashioned wedding in a church. Yes, I know that it won't happen, but no one ever said it was impossible, did they? I am all for the cuddling with my lover on the couch whatching a romantic comedy. I don't watch any movies unless they are comidies, perferably romantic comedies, though." Cheesy Romantic.
"My favorite attribute by far is being so incredibly care-free, did you know that it is, in fact, possible to be wild and spountanous, without a care in the world. It is actually impossible, I am exhibit 'A'. Right here in front of you. I am a adventurer, party-rocker and everything in between. This girl loves to do wild, out-of-the-world things that everyone else would think about. Well, me, myself and I barely think once about anything, so expect some extremely brainless things with me. Anyways, I am very spountaneous, not a sinle shy bone in my body. I say and do what I want when and how I want to do it, wear what I want, too. I don't care what anybody says behind my back or to my face, why should I change for a worthless backstaber or jerk?" Care-free ; Wild ; Spountaneous
"Well, these two sorta go together, absent and unorganized. I have the tendency to blank out, usually only when by myself. For instance, I am that girl that is splaye out in the bookshop with a castle of books built around her, or the girl at the coffee shop that grasps a cup of hot chocalate billowing with steam, the coffee, not her, who would shriek loudly and hit someone or something if someone was to come up and say a simple greeting. I am a thoughtful person, always filled with various thoughts that encourage me to black-out. This attribute produces my unorganized side, when I am cleaning, which is not often, or when I have to pack and such, expect to either come home to a house that has had baiscally no cleaning put has more junk laying around, or expect to open up that box or suitcase and have clothes and whatnot bursting out. I do not like to have a clean room, at all, it is to perfect for me. Perfect things are utterly annoying. Why have something perfect and sleek and cleaned when you could have something messy and comfy and representing you as a person. That is my view on it." Absent ; Unorganized
"Sarcasm is one of my favored attributes, it always gets me out of tricky situations. How do yyou weasel out of the worst of situations, here is your number one answer. Just lather and load your mouth with a heavy case of sarcasm and talk away. Pretty dang awesome, right? Well, I use it more than a bnit, the sensation of lying, yet telling the truth at the same time, it just gives you the best results possible. It can be used in a humorous way, a way to tell people what you think without hurting them, weasel your way out of dire situations or just plain using it becuase you feel it. Anyway you use it, it has a sensation that makes you luagh and feel giddy, so sudden that it makes you roll on the floor. It is the best at making small talk, or putting a slience to the awkward silences. Any way, it is a truly awesome and successful secret weapon to have." Sarcastic.
"And, last but certainly not least, I am incredibly suspicous. I have numerous suspicions and hate when someone says or asks, or does something suspicous. You never know what they are doing, or thinking at that time. They could be a spy sent on a goverment mission to find information about you so that they could luanch a flow-blown mission to kill you in a couple years, they could be all around you. See, I did it again, wait, why are you asking me this? Are you one of them, can I go now? Well, yeah, I am extremely suspicous and also believe in those out-of-the-world suspicions. About picking up a penny, crossing paths with a black cat, following a black cat into a cemetary, all kinds of ridicoulous rumors. You think they are stupid, I think that they are warnings that a large portion of the population ignore and will one day rue the days where they followed black paths and saw a black cat cross in front of them without tossing a pinch of salt over their shoulder. Yeah, I said it. Deal with it, are you one of them? I am warning you to change your path, this will probably be your last warning." Suspicous.

❝My history? Sheesh, you're getting a little personal now. Uh.. I guess my history is pretty lame, but here's some important parts. My parents were straight 'A' pupils at Yates University. Both of them, they were teachers pets, got their homework doen early and perfectly, did extra work for their teachers, everything to boost their grade. It worked, too. They got the best jobs they could ask for, Lea, my mother was a EMT, and my father was a surgeon. Of course, they expected none less of their kids, expected me to get straight A's while doing my work early and doing extra curriculars and extra work for school. I did not strive to meet these expectations, and I didn't want to, I just wanted to cut-loose and have fun with my friends, enjoy my years as they sped by. I didn't want to meet their expectations that were set for me, I wanted to set my own footsprints with my purple converse shoes. My paremts never hated or ignored me, but never gave me 100 % of their love, either. They wished that I was them, when I wasn't at all.❞❝Well, that's almost all of it. I have some cool, and not so cool, things about me! My tattoo on my shoulder blade and along the bottom of my foot seems to intrest people if that is what you mean. The tattoo on my foot reads out "Believe in Yourself" in fancy, sweeping script. The one on my shoulder blade is of doves. I also have a double piercings on each of my ears, the bottom usually has a silver hoop in it, and the top commonly is awarded with the cool, stud earrings, lime pawprints and mini animals and whatnot.❞❝You bet I have a dog! He's the absolute coolest. His name is Thursday, I take him everywhere. Here's some background info about us; Thursday was the unwanted pup of his litter, buyers came and went, never picking uop him and ruffling his fur and saying softly, "Your coming home with us!" In a excited voice. His four other siblings were bought, and he was lef alone in the small, wired cage in the backyard. It was three days before he would have been sent to the pound becuase he had not been adopted, when I walked along in. Instantly having my mind register the fact that Thursday was my dog, his name was Champ back then. I did not take pleasure in that name becuase it was so common, so I switched it with Thrusday, becuase the thought of having my very own, awesome, sweet dog made my heart swell with pride. He has had some medical scares, such has temporary diabeates, we fed him the vets food and gave him his shots every morning, and eventually, he got better. Currently, he is well and thriving on it, no sicknesses what-so-ever, though he has recently gotten over a mild case of kettle cough.❞❝Nice meeting you, I gotta go see my friends! Bye!❞
