Heading: to the bonfire Feeling: rushed Wearing this Talking to Hachi

Delilah woke as the sun shone in from the window. As she looked over at the clock sitting on the night stand next to her bed, she cursed. Delilah had wanted to take a little nap before the bonfire, so she could stay up late. She had always been one to crash early, and she wanted this night to last. Hachi moved at her feet, she has always liked Hachi's company. It would always make Delilah feel safe, like there was always a protective force around her and the dog when they were together. The girls lanky legs slid off of the bed as she sat up, then scratched her dog behind the ears. "Ready, buddy?" she asked him in a sweet tone. Once Hachi had jumped off the bed, Delilah had followed. Her eyes still lingered with sleep, but they were as beautiful as ever. Blue sparked from her pupil like fireworks. Only, they were in different shades of blue. They ranged from deep sea blue to an aqua form of blue. Delilah exhaled softly as she walked down the stairs. Her hair must have been a mess, but she didn't bother to fix it.
Delilah's stomach grumbled as she neared the kitchen, then she realized that she hadn't eaten since lunch. Hachi barked, as if he was reading her mind. She stifled a laughed and pet her dog between the ears. Once she decided what she wanted to eat, which was a turkey sandwich, she started for the ingredients. As she opened the fridge, Hachi shoved his head into a drawer at the bottom. She laughed, then picked up a slice of turkey. Hachi got a wild look in his eyes, as if he was to hunt the turkey himself. Delilah let out a soft, sweet laugh as she saw him. For a moment, she was thinking of teasing her pup, but her kindness came over her as she looked into his multicolored eyes. "You cheeky dog!" she laughed as she threw the piece of turkey in the air. Hachi jumped about two feet in the air, just to catch it in his hungry jaws. Delilah kissed the top of his head and put the turkey away as she saw Terith and Miley by the fire pit. Shrugging, she walked outside and into the warmth. A sweet smile formed on her adorable face.

{Sorry it was a bit hard not knowing the time of day and weather. So, I tried my best with out that. Once I have someone to talk to or interact with, I can promise you it'll be better (:}
