Hayley chuckled a bit at his words, sitting down next to him, her eyes a softer golden color now that the thirst was quenched. "I am not keeping you to date you, human. You are here for company. And, well, whenever I get thirsty, I will have a source here instead of having to go out and find one. Don't worry, I will not kill you if you cooperate." She said, giving the boy a gentle pat on the head and a friendly smile. "You can do anything you want here. I am not going to lock you up, or anything."

Tyson frowned, trying to work out what she had said. "Right, no dating, just keeping, occasional feeding and complete freedom. Seems like a pretty good deal to me. So Hayley, is it room choosing time?" he asked, standing up slowly. His legs were still quite wobbly with his weakness from the feeding, but the orange juice definitely had helped. But he still kept a hand on the arm of the sofa to keep himself steady.

"Yes, Tyson. It can be room choosing time. You are free to decorate your room however you would like." She said to him, getting up and starting to walk down the hall. "You can have any room except for mine. But I doubt you would want mine, it is bright hot pink." She said with a smirk and chuckle. "You are confusing me, human. Why are you so okay with me taking you from your home?" Hayley questioned curiously.

Tyson stumbled after her, still having trouble walking because of his weakness. "Hot pink is definitely not an option," he chuckled. "It's just because I dislike my home I suppose. But here I will be okay. Not like anyone would miss me anyway. So living with you would be pretty awesome I guess," he explained. He was using the wall to sort of pull himself along after Hayley.

Hayley glanced behind her to see him struggling a bit. She walked over to him and put an arm around his torso, helping him walk and leaning him against her for support. "You dislike your home? Well I am sure someone would miss you. Why do you not like your home?" She asked him curiously as they walked. She many have been a vampire, but she still had emotions and feelings. She was exactly like a human, but needed blood to keep going as her food source.

Tyson was thankful of the help Hayley was giving him to walk. "Well, my parents are getting a divorce because my dad is quite frankly useless. Only, I don't know which one will get custody, and I don't know which one I want to get custody either. And then my girlfriend Juliet, who I've been with for about a year, has been cheating on me with my best friend for seven months. So people would miss me maybe, but I wouldn't miss any of them," he sighed.

"Well I am sorry that has happened." Hayley said with a slight frown. "My family is all dead. A newborn vampire came and killed them, and bit me afterwards. A stray gunshot scared it away before it could finish me off." She said with a quiet sigh. "Since then, I have not let myself get close to anybody, since I am afraid I will hurt them. I guess we both have had crappy pasts, right?" She said to him with a weak smile, helping him into a room that was green and blue.

Tyson nodded and slipped away from her arm, limping towards the bed in the green and blue room by himself. "Yeah well, we've got each other really now, haven't we? I think I like this room by the way, green and blue are my favourite colours," he chuckled. He lent back on the bed, looking up at the ceiling with a grin, closing his eyes.

"I guess so. Although I wouldn't get too close to me. I hurt people all the time by accident. I have tried to starve myself before, not drink anybody's blood, but something just took me over and did it for me. I don't know how to get out of this nightmare." Hayley said with a sigh, leaning against the doorway and closing her golden eyes. "It would just be best if you lock yourself in here when I lose it. I don't want to hurt you, but if you are in reach, I will not hesitate."

Tyson sat up and nodded. "So, you tell me when you're hungry and I hide, that it?" he asked her evenly. Seemed like a pretty fair deal in his mind. "I guess if I tried to starve myself for too long I'd probably snap at some point as well, actually I have done before. I did a hunger protest when I was seven because my mum wouldn't buy me a game I wanted. God knows why I did it, probably just mad that my parents were fighting," he shrugged.
