Alana smiled, glancing to him quickly before she glanced to the TV. She rested back comfortably, pulling her legs up and curling them under her. She ate a couple of pieces of popcorn, but mostly focused on the movie.

Colton stuffed more pieces of popcorn in his mouth, watching the screen. He leaned against the couch, not missing a thing. Outside, the sun disappeared, leaving Alana and Colton in the dark room. He glanced at Alana, smiling. This night could not be more perfect.

Alana glanced over to Colton a few times as the movie played, immediately looking away and blushing when he looked over to her and smiled since she was practically staring at him. She was so embarrassing. She wondered what was happening right now, with them. Would they just be friends, or friends with benefits, or more?

Colton had the same thoughts in his head. Were Alana and him more? He didn't know, but looking at her was nerve racking. He tried to not look at her, but he kept glancing at her. Did they have a certain future? He shook his head, not wanting to think about it.

Alana could feel his gaze on her, her blush growing deeper. This was so weird. She never really felt this nervous around a guy before. When the movie ended, she glanced over to him and gave a weak, nervous smile. "That was good." She said to him, almost slapping herself in the face since she sounded so stupid.

"It was good," Colton replied quietly. He stuffed some popcorn in his mouth, trying to seem normal and alright. "I'm gonna wash the dishes," He replied, walking in the kitchen. This is what Colton though of when he tried to avoid an awkward conversation. He walked over to the sink and turned the water on. He added some soap and started rubbing the dish with a sponge he found in a cabinet.

Alana got up and walked over to the kitchen with him. "I can help you if you want. Dishes are terrible when having to do them alone, and I used some too." She said, grabbing a nearby cloth. "You wash, I can dry and put away." She said to him with a happy smile. She liked to be able to help out. "So..did you want to do something tomorrow?" She asked.

Colton was scrubbing a dish when he heard this,"We could go get something," He suggested. In his mind, he knew that sounded stupid. Colton continued to scrub the dishes without much interest. He handed Alana the dish, glad she was helping. After handing it over, he worked on three more before turning off the sink.

Alana chuckled a little, drying off each dish and putting it away as he washed them. "We could go get something? Well there is a lot we could go get, to be honest. Any more specific ideas, or do you just want to go walk around for a bit?" She asked him, finishing up putting the dishes away.

"You should decide, you know everything," Colton replied. He wiped his hands on a kitchen towel, putting the soap and sponge in a cabinet. "Could you help me unpack? I have a moving truck tomorrow and 2 suitcases in a room," Colton said, gesturing to a room down the hall.
