A thead for our one-on-one. Posting the description/info for easy access;

Alright. A demi-god RP sounds good to me right now. I don't know exactly how you'd like to work it. But I'm just going to put sown some random ideas and you can let me know if you like any of them. And you can let me know any ideas you have.

I was thinking that we could try something along the lines of a kind of alternate world, it has elements incorporated into it but if you don't like that we can change it.

One a Earth-like planet there are 3 different levels of being. The lowest level being the one populated by humans, or mortals as they are often called. The highest level is populated by what the mortals know as thier gods, super-powerful beings that, in essense, control the planet and what happens on it. The middle level is populated by the demi-gods. The half-god, half-mortals who can, unlike the gods and the mortals, go between each level. These demi-gods are also mortal, but they retained some of the power that thier god parents controled. These powers known to the mortals as 'the elements'. Fire, Earth, Water, and Air being the most powerful. The minor elements being Light, Shadow, Metal, and Electricity. There are also several oddity elements but we don't need to go into those as most are too weak to be of any use. These three levels of being are mantained by the demi-gods and the gods often have the demi-gods preform tasks withint he mortal world, or the the demi-gods journey to the mortal world on thier own.


Below I have a list of the greek gods, what they are known for doing or known as.

Zeus: Ruler of Olympus, creator of storms, Lord of the skies
Poseidon: Lord of the seas, earthshaker, father of horses
Hera: Queen of Olympus, overseer of marriage
Athena: Battle strategist, weaver of the loom, wisdom
Dionysus: Creator of wine
Hades: Lord of the Underworld, the Rich One(cause of all the gems underground)
Hestia: Keeper of the home and Hearth
Aphrodite: Godess of Love
Hephaestus: Master of the forges and Fire
Demeter: Matron of the Harvest and Fertility
Hermes: The Messenger, God of thieves and travelers, Escort to the Underworld
Apollo: Driver of the Sun, One of the Archer Twins
Artemis: Eternal Maiden, Leader of the Hunt, One of the Archer Twins, overseer of childbirth

And some minor gods:
Morpheus: God of dreams and sleep
Iris: Goddess of Rainbows and Communication
Hecate: Goddess of Magic and Demons
Nemesis: Goddess of Balance and Revenge
Nike: Goddess of Victory

If we do elements we could try this for which gods passed them onto thier kids;
Fire - Apollo
Water - Poseidon
Earth/Plants - Demeter
Air - Hermes
Metal - Hephaestus
Shadow - Hades
Electricity - Zeus

We could add more than that if we do elements, thats just all I could think of for now.

So I made a general form for the characters, you can use this or add some to it. Or just post a paragrapgh explaining everything, just as long as all the info is put down.

Also, I don't know if you'd like to but we could have each of our characters have a main, more powerful element and a sub, less poweful element they control. Or just one. Let me know which you prefer. And I can already think of some characters I'd like to do. I'd like to get either water or air for one of my people, but let me know which elements you want before I take them all. If you do want water and/or air thats alright, I can use a different one.

Okay :3 I am thinking of some characters at the moment, too. XD And by the more powerful and less powerful element..? You mean like..one that they can control, and one they CAN'T? XD

They can sometimes control two elements, just one they can not control very well, just little things. While the other eleemnt they can control very well and do a lot of stuff with. Sorry if that was confusing XP

Ok, what elements were you thinking of using? I think I only want two characters, but you can have more if you like. I think it would be ok if some of our characters had the same minor elements, but lets not have two with the same main element. So feel free to claim a couple elements for your character's main element. I'm thinking of using water and/or air as my mains, but let me know if you wanted one of those.

Hm....I was thinking of two characters of course. I cannot handle very many, I loose track...xD.. Could one of my character be one of darkness?...and the other fire?

Here, I'll go ahead and post my character's forms.

Name: Kako
Gender: Male
Age: Appears to be about 17
Element/s: Main - Water, Sub - Shadow
Appearance: Kako has bright blue eyes and nearly-black dark brown hair. He is of average hight and he is rather skinny. He usually wears very dark blue shirts that look black in the shadows and blue jeans.
Personality: He likes to keep to himself and enjoys reading. If you can't find him practicing with this bow you'll probably find him in a corner reading a book. He is slow to anger and dislikes killing unless he has to.
Flaws: Though he is good with his bow and has very good aim he is terrible at any contact or hand-to hand fighting (like swords, non-throwing knives, punching). He also doesn't make many firends beucase he usually prefers to be alone, this means he ends up doing many of his jobs alone, which make them much more dangerous.



Name: Lena
Gender: Female
Age: Appears to be about 15
Element/s: Main - Air, Sub - None
Appearance: Lena is tall and skinny with hazel eyes and light brown hair. She normally wears light-colored t-shirts in blues or whites and long pants in a slightly darker shade.
Personality: She is a very calm person. But she is also easily distracted. Lena uses a long sword, and athough she doesn't often practice she sometimes 'cheats' and uses the wind to move the sword for her, for this reason she carries two swords with her. Lena is diplomatic, but will fight when it comes to it.
Flaws: Easily distracted, even the middle of a fight. This distraction often gets her in trouble and sometimes makes people angry at her.

Name: Larix
Gender: Female
Age: she appears to look like she is in her late 16.
Element/s: Main- Darkness, Sub- Metal
Appearance: Larix is a rather tall, skinny woman. She is at least about 6'3''. She has jet-black hair, and silver, almost white eyes. She usually wears a black, silky shirt, and dark blue jeans. She also wears black boots that reach under her knees.
Personality: She is a quiet and self-consious person, mostly. She likes to keep to herself, and walks her own road alone. She is also independent, that is why she doesnt make too much friends. She is kind and loyal to those who are close to her. She will not hesitate to fight if she has to, so she usually carries a few throwing knives at her waist, which are always hidden under her shirt.
Flaws: She does not always have the heart to harm innocent people. It quite oftenly gets her hurt or mortally wounded whenever she would hesitate to hurt someone.

Name: Kudo
Gender: male
Age: he looks like he's 18.
Element/s: Main- fire, Sub- none
Appearance: He is at an average height, and has dark red hair that just about shags over his eyes. His eyes are a light blue color, and he oftenly wears a black leather jacket to cover his white shirt. He also wears dark jeans. He also has boots, but they are at a shorter lenght then Larix's.
Personality: Kudo can be a very cold man when he wants to be. He never would hesitate to pick a fight with someone that pushes him, or even a fight out in the field. He is a determined and headstrong person. He has a couple small weapons hidden in his boots.
Flaws: He is blind out of one eye. It always gets him in battles when a attacker gets him from his bad side. He is still learning how to sense for his enemies though, but is still unsuccessful.
