Alanna glanced at Jo, and her gaze said, What happened? Did Kanar drain you of energy? Your never defeated this quickly!

Jo felt Alanna's gaze on her. She looked up registering the look then turned to look at the ground. "Now is not the time," She gazed around feeling unusually nervous. "or the place."

[Quail]

Alana gave an inside nod and looked away.
"So Kanar, feel like going against me?" She asked looking at him.

[haitus]

Jo smiled, relieved that Alanna hadn't made her explain right there. She walked over to were Kanar was sitting and plopped down crossing her legs and beginning to float again. After all, she never really was very down-to-earth.

{Cheesy pun. Oh well. Oh! I'm almost done with the new character I'm making. I just have to fill out his form. /shot}

Kanar gave Alanna an annoyed look when she corrected him that she was not, in fact, killing Jo.
"Well how am I supposed to know?" he asked.

(Yeah, I'm a little confused. You said Alanna was blocking off Jo's airways so...how is that not killing her? That's suffocating her. I don't get it. :L)

(she stopped when she began to block her airway and began to crush her again,)

"By feeling through the Life Force. You can listen into it to tell if the person is I great pain, and if sir presence is fading, it means they are dying." Alanna said, and felt his own annoyance.

"Well excuse me if I don't know how to do that," Kanar said.

When they arrived back at the Temple, Britta parked her speeder out front. She pulled back her hood and looked at Jedi,
"I don't know if you want to report to the Council or not. I don't know how you do things here. But I'm going to see if I can find criminal records in the archives. We have to start somewhere," she said.

Alanna stopped and stared at him. "you were taught how to listen fr the Life Force as a youngling?!''

"Perhaps you're forgetting that I was expelled from the Order. Yes, I know how to sense Life Force, but it's not something I do automatically," Kanar said.

[Quail]

Alanna narrowed her eyes at him and muttered something in her native language. Head held big, she stalked back inside, annoyed.
