Back at the Temple, Kiandra stood on a balcony overlooking the city, her mind deep in thought.
She had recovered from the scare of the Sith chasing her through the streets, and was confident that Jedi and Cossan had found him. She had been told to go back to the Temple before she ended up further irritating her ankle, and she, though hesitantly, obeyed.
But the chase had been signifcant for a huge reason. Kiandra recognized the Force Signature. It was a faint memory, but she knew it fit somehow into the black void in her life that was left unfilled. Kiandra breathed, then closed her eyes, reaching back into the few memories she had from her 16th Year. Suddenly, she was taken to a lightsaber duel in the Temple. Between her and tall man, not much older then her. He had dark blonde hair, and dark blue eyes. In a flash she was ripped away from that memory, and she found herself in her 7th year, in the endless deserts of Tatooine, sitting with the boy, Skyron, that she had met, whose parents had died in a fire. But a small voice in the back of her head screamed out that it was just a lie. She looked into Skyron's face, and her heart stopped.
The man she had been fighting, and Skyron, both resembled each other, it was then she registered that the man she had been fighting was just Skyron, older, and evil.
Transported back to the lightsaber duel, she found herself fighting with Skyron on a staircase landing, and she suddenly had all the feelings from that scene all rush to her. She felt her heart skip as her foot slipped on a stair, and suddenly Skyron force pushed her down. She fell backwards, and her head hit the stairs. She winced and cried out in real life. She felt this four more times, but then she hit the ground at the bottom and her vision went dark.
The next memory was pretty familiar. It was back in the Medical Bay, and her Master trying to explain to her what had happened, but she was just utterly confused and frightened.
Kiandra's eyes shot open, and she breathed in and out rapidly.
As bad as the memory had been, she felt a sense of closure. She finally knew who had been the one responsible for making her forget the first 16 years of her life. It was the sickly boy she had helped to nurse back to health when she was just 7 years old, back on Tatooine, when she had escaped the life of abuse she had known since she had been born. Skyron Bey was the culprit. She buried her face in her hands, trying to comprehend what she had discovered.
After a few moments, she realized there was only one memory left to figure out. Plunging back into her thoughts, she brought herself to yet another battle. She was behind a force shield, her master and another jedi layed not moving on the ground, and another jedi stood in front of her. She remembered he was the one putting up the force shield. The man turned towards her, but...He had no face. Kiandra had ruled this out long ago as the fact she hadn't connected an individual in real life, with the faceless person before her.
He yelled out, but it was so faint and echoed to much for her to make out any words except for her own name.
The memory ended right then and there. And Kiandra found herself trying to figure out something new.
Why had the faceless man suddenly seemed so familiar?
(And he gained his father's height. XDDD)
