Another minute and he would have been, she thought. She looked at Cossan't dagger in the alley behind Kanar. She called it to her hand with the Force. She flipped it around and held the hilt out towards Cossan,
"Here," she said.
Sorry Cossan, but I don't quite trust you not to do something stupid.
Kanar released a breath he hadn't known he'd been holding when the Jedi showed up. He didn't like the Jedi, but they wouldn't kill him at least. She wasn't a moment too soon in arriving. Kanar's vision became completely obscured by swirling, flashing colors and patches of red. He lost the ability to tell what was up and what was down. Before he knew it he was sinking to his knees. He gritted his teeth and tried to stay conscious. His efforts didn't do much.
