America laughed. "You need a sense of humor!" he said grinning. "It's only a joke. And I thought you said you were better. Still need some love?" he asked as he hugged him. "I'm sorry."

England rolled his eyes slightly. And you need to get a sense of when to leave someone alone. He groaned softly as he was pulled into a hug. "Hangovers don't go away that fast. Have you ever actually been drunk, America?"

America thought for a moment. "Well, I've been out with you before, but I don't think I've ever gotten really drunk..." he said putting a finger on his chin. "Maybe one or two times I woke up with a headache, but it always goes away." he said looking back at him. "So yeah, I guess I don;t know what one feels like!" he said smiling.

England groaned slightly, burying his face in America's chest to block out the light. "It feels like hell," he muttered. "Imagine having your head smashed in with a sledgehammer repeatedly, but you never die." He may or may not have been over exaggerating a little, but he was too tired to think of something better to say. "And light and sound and everything makes it worse."

America thought for a moment. "A sledgehammer? It hurts that bad? Well, do you want me to take you back to bed? At least it'll dark and quiet, right?" he said holding him closer. "I don't want to make you more sick!" He took a blanket and wrapped England and himself in it.

England nodded ever-so-slightly. "Yes, that bad." He fell silent, just focusing on America's heartbeat. He sighed softly, though the sound came out as a half-groan. "Just stay here. Please." He pulled the blanket over both their heads, sighing contently.

America couldn't help but grin again. He giggled a little bit has England pulled the blanket over their heads. "Reminds me when I was little~" he said, squeezing England. "We used to do this and read books under a lantern. Takes you back doesn't it?" he said, grinning at the memory.

England half-forced a small smile. "Yeah...it does," he said softly, hugging America back. He sighed contently again, just sitting there in silence. It was nice to just sit there and do nothing except hold each other, though he'd never say it out loud.

America rested his head on the crook of England's shoulder. He really did enjoy him and England being close together once in a while. "I love you.." he said as he got up from England's shoulder and kissed him. "Even though your sick, I'm happy that I'm with you..."

England smiled softly, kissing back before America had pulled away. "I love you, too," he said softly. And I always have. The smile grew wider as his hug got slightly tighter. "It's nice to be with you, too."
