Guardians (Small group)

Logan turned to looked at Clare. "Thanks, it's very nice of you to doubt my abilities to protect myself." he replied, not hiding the sarcasm in his voice. Logan had never revealed his power to anyone except his closest family and friends. Some of them even thought he didn't have a power. The thought made him get angry all over again. His power was his own business, and he wasn't too eager to share it with anyone and everyone who wanted to know. Kalos trailed after Logan, following his exact example by letting his fur remain bristled and his lips drawn back in a snarl.

[Complicated game]

There was a bitter noise from Clare. "I'm going to charge up every bit of metal he owns." She muttered. "Running off like a small child." She heard Thunder whinny loudly under her. She covered her ears at the noise which threatened to burst her eardrums. She flicked his ear. "Rolig, vet alt!" She snapped. She knew Thunder didn't like her snapping in front of the others. This was as good as it got for him.

Jenna glanced up to Tyler for further instructions. Tyler was gazing into the woods with his hands in his pockets. "Eh? Oh. I think Jenna and I are going to the camp again." He said. "Anyone want to come?" He asked, trying to be friendly in the tense air the two had set.

Jacob|17|Male

Jacob looked over at Tyler as he spoke. "Sure." He knew that he was only trying to break the tension, so he agreed.

Ever Piket|16|Female

Ever walked forward a bit, and answered Tyler. "I'm good. Luna and I are gonna go for a walk. We'll be back soon." She only told them where she was going, to avoid something like what happened with Logan. She didn't wanna ruffle any feathers by running off too.

Logan purposefully ignored her and walked over to a tree, sitting down and leaning against it. He pulled out one of his twin daggers and fingered the gem that was embedded in the bone handle. This was the gem that tied him and his guardian together. He had split the gem in two a while back and embedded the two pieces into the handles on his twin daggers. He always had the two daggers with him, so he didn't need to worry about losing the gems. Logan grabbed the hair, which was still slung over his shoulder, and placed it in his lap. "Anyone hungry?" he called out finally.

Christina rolled her eyes as Logan walked away, looking ignorant as ever. She glanced back at Tyler when he let everyone know he was going back to camp. When only Jacob offered to go with him, she shrugged. "I'll go. I've got nothing better to do right now." she said, glancing back at Logan and Clare. Christina didn't want to get cought up in their bitterness. It was incredibly contagious sometimes. Pandora shifted her weight beneath her, and Christina had to grip her fur a little tighter to keep herself from falling.

[Complicated game]

Tyler tried to smile at the others going with him. He wasn't going to get in the faces of Logan or Clare for putting everyone on edge though. People would have their times, and he noticed Clare snapped quite a bit, even at Thunder, though the two seemed to be as close as could be. Tyler didn't have the guts to sleep where he might be kicked by Jenna. The smug Hyena often kicked in her sleep. He chuckled softly as he thought of this. Jenna trotted along the way beside Tyler, her head perked as she took in everything. Hyenas were a certainly interesting creature. "You know, Jenna, in Tanzania it's believed witches use hyenas as mounts." "Not happening, Tyler."

"No one wants your stupid hare!" Clare snapped bitterly. Even Thunder cocked an ear. She winced, as if only now she was hearing her own words. "Sorry, Logan." She muttered. She hated being wrong. She wanted to go beat something up or let all that negative energy out through lightning, but that wasn't how her powers worked. She had to feel the flow in order to do it correctly. Anger bottled her up and made her powers a trickle, and it only built up more anger. She was sure enough of it could blow her up. "I'm proud of you C-" Thunder started, but Clare's rough kick made him stop. He stumbled for a second, not happy about being interrupted, then he shot away to do as Clare asked.

Logan raised an eyebrow inquisitively. He glanced at Clare through amused blue eyes, wondering if she was actually sorry, or if Thunder had made her say that. He decided she wouldn't let the horse tell her to do anything in the first place. "If you really don't want it, I can just let Kalos have it." he said, tone nonchalant. Kalos cast a glance at him, his eyes narrowed. "You're pushing it." he growled. Logan ignored the saber toothed cat and continued to watch Clare.

[Complicated game]

Clare just looked to where her hands gripped the base of Thunder's mane at the poll. She was never hungry in the mornings but for some reason she was then. She clicked her tongue so show Thunder she wanted down. She really didn't feel like talking to her smug guardian. Thunder lowered down and laid with his legs curled under him, almost like a deer. "Sure." She breathed, ignoring the negative feeling practically rolling off the air. She hadn't eaten in how long? It was more of a chore to eat when she was always worried about finding shelter, making arrows, keeping everything organized if they needed to run. She was positive she was underweight. She sighed softly, using her foot to push some sticks into a pile and then reached out her hand, trying to concentrate enough energy on the twigs to light them. Lighting was easy, but it often took many tries before it hit the right spot with the right materials before it became hot enough to catch fire. She rubbed her hands as if over a fire and two, four times after enough gathered in her spark to light it. It left her feeling a little worn though.

Logan watched in silence as Kyra began to start the fire. Once there was a small flame going, he swept his hand over the ground, pulling some dry leaves and twigs together. He slowly added them to the growing flames, and eventually there was a steady fire going. The flames lapped hungrily at the air. "We should get some more firewood before we try to cook the hare." he said calmly, his hazel eyes impassive.

Jacob|17|Male

Jacob and Blaze turned around, heading back to camp. Jacob sighed as a though from the polar bear reached him. "Why didn't we take some of that hare from him? I'm hungry." Jacob looked down at the bear. "I'm sorry. I didn't know you where hungry." Jacob slid off the bear's back, and landed on the ground of the camp-site with a small thud. "Go down to the stream near by. I know how you enjoy fishing." Blaze nodded his massive head, and pushes his muzzle gently into Jacob's chest. "I wont stay gone long. Holler if you need me." The bear pushed his nose-tip onto the small crystal he could feel through Jacob's shirt. At the same time, Jacob reached into the white fur of Blaze's chest, and held the green crystal in his hand. With that the bear pulled away and lumbered off into the forest. Jacob smiled as Blaze left. The crystal thing was something the two always did when separating. To them, it was a way of saying, 'I'm here; even when I'm not.'

Ever Piket|16|Female

Ever and Luna slunk away after saying they where going for a walk. The two often liked to be by themselves. Before Luna, Ever hardly even talked to anyone, just herself. Luna has given her someone to share her thoughts with, someone who almost always agrees. Now they didn't know where they where heading, but Ever trusted Luna to get them back to camp when they where ready.
