Jay sat with the other pups. "Are you all wolves?" she whispered. "I'm a little bit wolf, since my dad is part wolf''

"nope... some are just house pets... others are wolves, bull dogs, even danes every now and then." shiro said.

"Are any of you wolves?" she asked the three pups.

the first pup looked up from his thick fur. "i only look like a wolf.im a shiba inu. my name is kumori." he said, looking down and then back at jay.

the second pup began to wag his tail. "my name's Haku.im a huskey runt." he said as he bowed his head.

the third pup looked up and smiled, since she didnt have a tail to wag. "im a really small australian shepherd. my name is Riku." she said as she stood up.

"All of these pups are stranded by their owners...except for kumori..." shiro said as she gave a saddened look. " he is lucky i found him before his home burned him alive..."

Jay nodded. "Sorry to hear that" she said.

"It's alright..." komori said as he shook his fur. "i wish that i can tell my owner that im alright though..." he replied.

Why? Isn't being wild exciting? "Well, I'm Jay, and I'm part wolf, but mostly dog. I'm not exactly sure what breed...'' she said, looking up at her dad. "Husky, GreyHound, And Black Lab mainly'' Wolf said.

"that's a lot of mixes... all of us are pure bred." Riku said.

Jay growled. "If you ever think that makes you better than me...'' she started to stay. She stopped when Wolf gave her a stern look.

"i didnt mean it that way... pure bred dogs are only good at certain things..." she responded, pinning his ears down.
