"Yeah I'm fine." Sparrowpaw meowed. "Should we go back to camp?"

[walk.]

Gremlinstorm nodded and mewed, "Shadepaw, can you make it back to camp? I can't carry you." Hawkpaw looked over at Sparrowpaw sadly and looked at the floor.

[wolf ;;]

"Of course I can." Shadepaw snapped, and she got to her paws before padding back to camp. Sparrowpaw watched after Shadepaw and frowned.

[walk.]

Gremlinstorm rolled his eyes and limped after her. She certainly had the same attitude as her grandma and mother! Hawkpaw looked over and mewed, "What's up?"

[wolf ;;]

Sparrowpaw looked at Hawkpaw and flicked an ear. "Nothing." Then she got to her paws and caught up to Shadepaw.

[walk.]

Hawkpaw sighed and stared at the floor and murmered, "The one time I try to be brave and kind, she ignores me. This is just great..." he stayed low and kept his head fixed on the dirt floor.

Gingerpaw and Autumnpaw had run ahead to tell Pondweed to get some herbs ready. Sparrowpaw walked alongside Shadepaw, the two were talking in hushed whispers.

[walk.]

Pondweed had prepared poppy seeds and cobwebs for the injured. Hawkpaw looked over at them and snarled lightly. He knew they were talking about them and he didn't like it.

Sparrowpaw and Shadepaw finished talking. Sparrowpaw looked at Hawkpaw and flicked an ear.

Hawkpaw lashed his tail once and ran swiftly past. His eyes were glinting, he was furious with his sister and was going to make sure she knew. He padded over to Sunpaw and whispered in his ear, "Hey, Shadepaw has a crush on Swallowpaw!"
