Nightshadow nodded, and he saw Patchfang enter the camp slowly, eyes glancing around, and Nightshadow padded to him.

Willowbreeze nodded, then she got to her paws and stretched. "Thanks Pondweed." She purred, then she went to find Duststrike.

[walk.]

Yewclaw sat down proudly on high bones. He kept his hawk head of Tawnystar high and glanced down at Patchfang as if he was worthless. He said, "Nightshadow, who is this young warrior, has he come to join Fir clan? We are always looking for new warriors." he stepped down and circled Patchfang. "Muscle tone good, strong fast and healthy, whoever trained this cat must have been quite the warrior." he shot Nightshadow a teasing glance,

Duststrike lay asleep in his den.

[wolf ;;]

Nightshadow blinked his eyes. "His name is Patchfang, he has agreed to come help us with our little...'problem' with MistClan." He meowed. Patchfang twitched his tail.

Willowbreeze poked her head into the den and saw Duststrike asleep, then she sighed and poked her head out, she lied down near the nursery.

[walk.]

Yewclaw mewed, "Well, you are very welcome to join us Patchfang. We will only give Mist clan a severe warning". Larksong padded over and mewed, "Hello, I am Larksong."

Flareleap looked at Willowbreeze and mewed, "Hi Willowbreeze, how many kit's are you having, I am due to have five in a moon or do but I feel it is less...."

[wolf ;;]

Patchfang nodded, and he looked at Larksong. "Oh, hi."

Willowbreeze flickered her tail. "I'm due to have two." She meowed.

[walk.]

Larksong dipped her head and mewed, "I have managed to catch a small deer that was roaming the small amount of moorland we own, it put up quite a chase though and Bluewhisker is exhausted..."

Flareleap flickered her tail and nodded, become excited at the prospect. She suddenly felt a contraction and gasped, scrunching her paws together and breathing quickly. Shimmerfur ran over and felt where her womb was and mewed, "Flareleap, I know it is very early, but your kits need to come out now. If you get a contraction this early on something is wrong..." Pondweed ran over and mewed, "Ok Flareleap, come on, let's get you to the nursery, Willowbreeze, can you get Foxgaze, I'm sure he'll want to watch his kit's being born!" Flareleap hobbled into the nursery and Pondweed closed the door.

Willowbreeze nodded and she hared to the warriors den, dashing inside and she went to Foxgaze's nest. "Foxgaze wake up!" She hissed, not caring if any of the others woke. "Flareleap is having her kits!" She meowed, prodding the warrior in the side.

Patchfang flickered his ear. "You and another cat took down a small deer? That must've been hard." He meowed.

[walk.]

Flareleap screeched from the nursery, the first kit was coming. Pondweed sighed and examined the kit and mewed, "It's dead Flareleap..." and so were the next two. Flareleap was beginning to become exhausted with sadness when Pondweed pulled out a healthy kit. He had curly ginger fur and a flattish face and very large paws. Flareleap snuggled against him and mewed, "We'll let Foxgaze name you my little one." then the last kit came, another Tom but he was very weak. Flareleap immediantly began licking him and mewed, "I call you Miraclekit, for it was a miracle you survived." the short haired grey and white patched kit, now named Miraclekit stayed silently and suckled weakly.

Duststrike was awoke and he groaned and sat up. He looked over to Willowbreeze and said, "Oh that's wonderful for her, to have kits!"

Larksong blushed and shuffled her paws nervously and stammered, "It wasn't really... I got it for you, I thought we could have a welcoming feast!"

Willowbreeze looked at Duststrike as Foxgaze got to his paws. "Yes, but bad things happen when queens give birth early." She murmured, and Foxgaze padded out of the warriors den and went to the nursery.

Patchfang flickered his tail, and he nodded. "Alright." Nightshadow looked over at Yewclaw. "Our plan is working." He meowed quietly so Patchfang couldn't hear.

[walk.]

Duststrike sat up and licked his ruffled pelt smooth. His green eyes were dull with tiredness and he seemed a little lifeless. He licked his lips and mewed, "Wow, that's early for Flareleap to be having her kits, must need to come out!"

Yewclaw nodded and a sly smile spread across his muzzle. He quickly riddled himself of it when Patchfang looked in his direction.
