Secretpath and Frozensky both looked at Lionfoot and dipped their heads. "Bye Lionfoot." And they both padded back to camp. Lionfoot turned and padded to Nevafang, purring when he saw the kits.

[walk.]

Cheetahkit charged eagerly forward and mewed, "Is this Daddy?!" Nevafang nodded and mewed, "Cheetahkit, your daddy used to live in Night clan but he left to live with us now. Go on Mothkit, go and meet your father..." Mothkit padded slowly forward, feeling the ground with his paws. Nevafang whispered, "He is blind in one eyes and his sight in the other isn't very good..."

Lionfoot purred and he nuzzled Cheetahkit softly. Then he heard Nevafang and nodded before he nuzzled Mothkit gently. "Should we get back to camp?" He asked, looking at Nevafang.

[walk.]

Nevafang nodded and mewed, "Nightfrost said he'd meet us at the edge of the frozen lake to take us up the hill to camp, he helped me carry the kits down, he is a very helpful brother... Lionfoot, how are Jellypaw and Salmonpaw? I heard Berrynose crying...." Mothkit stumbled blindly back to his mother and the long haired she cat lifted him onto her back.



Mothkit.

Lionfoot put Cheetahkit on his back and sighed. "I don't know how Jellypaw or Salmonpaw are, I haven't talked to them since I announced to the Clan I was coming to SnowClan."

[walk.]

Nevafang sighed and mewed, "I saw Jellypaw when she came out hunting by the river, she was sobbing her heart out, poor thing... She couldn't catch anything because of how much she was shaking... And what about Berrynose?" Mothkit wriggled on his mother's back and began to snore softly. Cheetahkit sneezed but quickly fell asleep.

"I don't know about Berrynose either." Lionfoot sighed, flickering his tail and blinking his eyes.

[walk.]

Nevafang sighed and mewed, "Oh well.... Let's get going." and she began to pad through the snow covered clearing, feeling Mothkit tightly clinging onto her long haired winter coat. He signed sadly.

Back at camp, Salmonpaw was setting up a training area, to keep his of things. He found two long tree branches which touched and dangled three climbing vines from them, dug moats in the sand and stuck sticks in to make a fence as a training area and put all sorts of ladders up a tree to pratice climbing.

Greystar jolted awake in his den, and straight away pain seared over his body, he could hardly see anything because of the pain. His claws dug into his nest.

Smallfrost glanced around camp and she sighed. She went to the fresh kill pile and picked out a mouse.

Lionfoot flickered his ears before the orange tabby tom followed Nevafang, with Cheetahkit on his back.

Shimmerfur who had been lying mewed, "Greystar!"'she handed him a stick and mewed, "Chew on it! Whilst fighting the badger, you broke the joint between you back and left back leg, Pondpaw actually mended a broken bone, it was incredible to watch, how fast he was... Oh and Greystar, I am expecting your kits."

Nevafang mewed, "Let's sleep here Lionfoot, the kits are exhausted."

Rubystorm took a sparrow for the pile and took it over to share with Sandyfern.
