Rosepetal got the tansy and took it back to camp. She put it into the medicine cat den and she sat outside the medicine cat den and she sighed.

[walk.]

Pondpaw tapped his foot impatiently, when was Greystar going to announce the new deputy?! He was excited about receiving his full name but he wished Angel were here to receive hers with him... He sighed and looked over to Lionfoot.

[wolf ;;]

Lionfoot had his head under his paws, his tail curled around him. The orange tabby hadn't moved from there since he got there.

Pondpaw sighed and tapped his tail impatiently against the floor. Yewclaw sat outside the warriors den sharing a vole with Willowbreeze. Duststrike was busy talking with Foxgaze about battle strategies.

Patchpaw and Moonpaw raced into camp, their pelts ruffled. "Greystar!" The both yowled. Rosepetal watched as the grey leader was at the entrance of his den. "What happened?!" He demanded. "A badger is coming towards camp!" Patchpaw meowed.

Yellowpaw went running up and mewed, "We have to stop it!" Yewclaw growled, "We need cats to quickly fortify the edges of all dens and the main wall and we need a small battle patrol! And a deputy." he glanced at Greystar.

[wolf ;;]

Greystar growled and jumped off Highrock and looked at Yewclaw. "No, I want you to get everyone into their dens, I will deal with the badger." He meowed. "I can speak badger, it might listen to me."

[walk.]

Yewclaw rolled his eyes and muttered, "Idiot..." but then mewed louder, "Alright Greystar but only if you are sure." he began rounding the kits and apprentices into their dens and looked over at Lionfoot and mewed, "You can go into the spair medicine den."

[wolf ;;]

Lionfoot nodded and the orange tabby tom padded into the den. Greystar's ears flickered as he heard loud steps coming closer, he looked around to make sure everyone was in their dens.

Yewclaw was the last into the warriors den and he swiftly shut the door between his teeth. He peered out through a small gap and said, "Prepare to loose another life Greystar..." he noticed Shimmerfur lying next to him had a slightly round belly and she mewed to him, "I'm expecting Greystar's kits..."
