Lionkit mewed, "I need a queen to nurse me, will anyone?"

Splashpaw looked around for any of the queens to respond.

Lionkit sighed as none of the queens said anything.

"Oh, come on!" Splashpaw muttered under his breath, then he looked at his mother. "Could you take him?"

Rubystorm mewed, "I can't! After I had you two, I only had two teats left, I can barely manage to feed my four!"

"Angelflight?" Splashpaw meowed hopefully, looking at the calico queen, and she shook her head. "I can't, I have six of my own to look after." She meowed, and Splashpaw looked at Goldensong. "Goldensong?"

"Thank you." Splashpaw meowed, and he nudged Lionkit. "Goldensong will nurse you."
