Oakpaw nodded and mewed, "Thanks Willowpaw, so, do you actually want to mate?"

[wolf ;;]

Willowpaw blinked her eyes. "Oakpaw...we're apprentices..."

[walk.]

Oakpaw shrugged and mewed, "So? By the time the kits arrive, we'll both be warriors!"

[wolf ;;]

Willowpaw thought about it, and he was right. Oakpaw, his littermates and some of the other apprentices were becoming warriors in a few days, and she and her littermates were becoming warriors a moon and a half after. "Are you sure?"

[walk.]

Oakpaw nodded and mewed, "If we need to, you can give birth in the forest, I'll be a warrior definitely by then and I'll take them back and say I found them in the woods! No problems, and you should be a warrior by then anyways! Look, I love you so much Willowpaw and would never do anything to hurt you."

[wolf ;;]

Willowpaw blinked her eyes, then she nodded. "Ok."

Oakpaw grinned and mewed, "Come on, we can't here! What place would you most like to be?"

[wolf ;;]

Willowpaw shrugged. "You decide."

[walk.]

Oakpaw mewed, "What about... By the river? It's where Emberstar and Sandyfern had my dad so it's kinda a very personal spot!" he grinned and tugged the smaller appprentice onto his back and sped down the bank into he reached the river's edge.

[wolf ;;]

Willowpaw nodded, and she flicked her tail, purring with amusement.
