Rubystorm nodded and mewed, "But best keep it quiet eh?" she chuckled and nudged her son with her muzzle and padded outside.

Splashkit purred, and he padded out of the den.

Moonstar looked at his Clanmates. "I have a few announcements to make today." He meowed. "First, I would like Fangpaw to come forward." He meowed, and the tom took a step forward, knowing it was for his new mentor. "Fangpaw, because your other mentor got you taken off him, until you become a warrior, your mentor will be Salmoncut."

[walk.]

Salmoncut grinned and touched noses with Fangpaw and turned to the clan and mewed, "I will never do what Fastwind did and will protect this apprentice with my life."

[wolf ;;]

Fangpaw smiled, and Moonstar nodded and flicked his tail. "Second of all, I would like Wolfkit, Mistkit, Blackkit, Burntkit, Shrimpkit, Maplekit, Lionkit, Falconkit and Bramblekit to come forward."

Wolfkit and Blackkit both bounded forward. Lionkit also ran forward, his pelt on end in excitement. Bramblekit smiled and walked forward calmly.

Shrimpkit and Maplekit calmly stepped forward followed by Burntkit, Mistkit and Falconkit.

"Wolfkit, Mistkit, Burntkit, Blackkit, Shrimpkit, Maplekit, Lionkit, Falconkit and Bramblekit, you have reached the age of six moons, and it is time for you to be apprenticed. From this day, until you receive your warrior names, you will be known as Wolfpaw, Mistpaw, Burntpaw, Blackpaw, Shirmppaw, Maplepaw, Lionpaw, Falconpaw and Bramblepaw. I ask StarClan to watch over you and guide you until you find in your paws the strength and courage of warriors. Hawkfang, you are ready to take on an apprentice. You had received excellent training from (former mentor), and you have shown yourself to be fierce and brave. You will be the mentor of Wolfpaw, and I expect you to pass on all you know to Wolfpaw. Sparrowsong, you are ready to take on an apprentice. You had received excellent training from (former mentor), and you have shown yourself to be loyal and fierce. You will be the mentor of Mistpaw, and I expect you to pass on all you know to Mistpaw. Swallowflight, you are ready to take on an apprentice. You had received excellent training from (former mentor), and you have shown yourself to be honest and brave. You will be the mentor of Burntpaw, and I expect you to pass on all you know to Burntpaw. Iceflash, you are ready to take on an apprentice. You had received excellent training from (former mentor), and you have shown yourself to be loyal and kind. All the cats cheered and Falconpaw's eyes went wide in shock. All the mentors greeted their apprentices and Falconpaw's touched noses with Moonstar.

Moonstar smiled, and he touched noses with Falconkit, then he waited for the cheering to calm down.

Falconkit grinned and the clan gradually stopped cheering.

Moonstar flicked his tail. "Now, I would like Swanpaw and Whisperpaw to come forward." He meowed, he was going to decide who was exiled.
