Bramblekit woke with a jolt and looked outside the nursery, it was morning.

Falconkit still lay fast asleep. He grunted when he woke up and padded to the door and watched the leaves flutter and mewed, "Happyleaf fall and 8th moon birthday Bramblekit."

[wolf ;;]

[Well, you can join if you want!]

Bramblekit nodded and looked at her brother. "You too." She meowed.

Moonstar woke, and he sighed.

[walk.]

(Oh, ok!)

Falconkit grunted and padded into Moonstar's den and mewed, "Uh, morning Moonstar."

Moonstar looked up and looked at Falconkit. "Morning Falconkit."

[walk.]

Falocnkit mewed, "I was wondering, when are Bramblekit and I going to be made apprentices, because we are eight moons old now you see..."

[wolf ;;]

"I know." Moonstar meowed. "I've been meaning to make some of the kits into apprentices, but theres been many things going on, and I can't think straight at the moment. But I'll make you and some of the other kits into apprentices today."

[walk.]

Falconkit purred and mewed, "Thanks Moonstar, oh and Fastpaw... I heard Ambereyes saying that he has killed himself..."

Moonstar growled and sighed. "Did Ambereyes go out of camp and see Fastpaw's body?"
