Moonheart looked at Yellowsparrow. "My choice is final, Yellowsparrow." He growled, then he turned and padded out of camp, without travelling herbs, he could survive without them.

[walk.]

Yellowsparrow sighed, sitting down. He watched as Moonheart left. He watched as Emberheart padded over and the young deputy mewed, "I am completely the wrong choice Emberheart, but he won't listen!"

[wolf ;;]

Shadepetal glanced around camp.

Moonheart made his way to Moonstone.

Yellowsparrow sighed sadly, as the clan watched him in disgust.

Brazenfire took the apprentices out towards the Storm clan border and said, "Right then, you guys know what to do." he padded off. They reached the Storm clan border and Whisperpaw hissed as he noticed a white Tom, John had accidentally wondered off the territory and he lunged at him, Reedpaw yelled at him, trying to hold the young apprentice back. He mewed, "Get off him Whisperpaw!" which lead to the Tom lunging at Reedpaw, snapping his neck. Something glinted in him as Reedpaw's body slumped to the floor. Brazenfire heard the scream and came running. He roared when he saw Reedpaw and mewed, "Who did this Whisperpaw!" the tom paused and whispered, "Swanpaw." the she cat lifted her head in disbelief. Brazenfire slashed the she cat across the face and roared, "You come with me!" She cried out as the Tom grabbed her by the scruff. She glared at Whisperpaw, sobbing quietly.

Shadepetal looked at her Clanmates as they watched Yellowsparrow, and she padded over to the tom. "Don't worry, their going to have to get used to you being deputy."

Littlepaw sighed and sat in camp, waiting for Reedpaw to come back.

[walk.]

Yellowsparrow shrugged and mewed, "I know, but I just don't feel happy.'

Brazenfire stormed into camp and mewed, "Willowbreeze, Reedpaw is dead. Swanpaw killed him." the she car wailed, "I did not! Whisperpaw attacked a storm clan cat, do Reedpaw tried to stop him and Whisperpaw killed him, please believe me!!"

[wolf ;;]

"Why?" Shadepetal asked.

Willowbreeze stared at Reedpaw's body, too shocked to reply. Littlepaw saw what was happening and padded over. "I don't believe Swanpaw killed Reedpaw! She wouldn't do that!"

[walk.]

Yellowsparrow shrugged and mewed, "Well, Moonheart has broken the warrior code by even making me deputy."

Swanpaw nodded and mewed, "I swear, it's the truth! Reedpaw may have bragged about his Dad and always made ours seem like mouse dung, but he is kin and I thought the world of him! I would never kill him!"

[wolf ;;]

"Hmm...well does that really matter? The warrior code isn't everything. I broke the warrior code once, it doesn't matter." Shadepetal meowed.

Littlepaw nodded, and this time Willowbreeze spoke. "We'll have to wait for Moonheart to get back to decide Swanpaw's fate." She growled, it seemed like she didn't believe Swanpaw.

[walk.]

Yellowsparrow looked up and sighed, he mewed, "I would like to make an announcement, for now, Swanpaw is innocent. But she will have an eye on her at all times, but also, I would like someone watching Whisperpaw, any volonteers?"
