Firepetal sighed and blinked the tears away. "Don't ask because I don't know how."

Sandyfern blinked her eyes and placed the kit she had been cleaning beside Jellyspark. "Well, this place will have to do then."

Oakstorm nodded, and he followed Brazenfire to make sure nothing bad happened.

Littlepaw came running back to camp, and she nearly crashed into Brazenfire and Oakstorm.

[walk.]

Pondweed sighed and mewed,"Did you do it? While I was asleep or something?"

Jellyspark grunted as the next kit got stuck. She lashed out a hind leg, narrowly missing Sandyfern.

Brazenfire mewed, "Come on Sunfrost! It's alright! Dad is just really sad and he always blames it on the cats he area about!"

[wolf ;;]

Firepetal growled. "No! I wouldn't do that, you should know I wouldn't do it purposely!"

Sandyfern ducked as Jellyspark lashed out a leg and narrowly missed her.

Littlepaw looked at Oakstorm and Brazenfire, eyes wide. "She didn't follow me, I was coming back to get help!" She meowed. "Sunfrost said she was going to the thunderpath!"

Pondweed nodded and frowned, sighing,

Jellyspark cried out as the kit became unstuck and slid out.

Brazenfire yowled, "Oh Rabbit dung!" he sped to the thunder path.

Firepetal sighed, and she closed her eyes.

Sandyfern licked the kit and placed it beside its littermate. "Your doing fine Jellyspark."

Oakstorm raced after Brazenfire, followed by Littlepaw.

Pondweed mewed, "I can't let anyone know I am the father..."

Jellyspark grunted and pushed harder, her pelt was matted in blood.

Brazenfire sped and reached the thunder path and yelled,"Sunfrost! Stop!"

Firepetal nodded, and she flicked tail. "I'm so sorry this happened, Pondweed."

Sandyfern flicked her tail and waited for the next kit to be born.

Sunfrost, who was about to step onto the thunderpath, stopped and looked over her shoulder, still covered in the mountain lion wounds.

"We saved her just in time." Oakstorm meowed.

Pondweed sighed and mewed, "It's alright Firepetal..." his ears flickered as he stood up.

Jellyspark sighed deeply as the next kit was born.

Brazenfire mewed, "Don't kill yourself! Dad overreacted! That's all, it was the lion's fault, not yours!"

Firepetal flicked her ears, and she stared into the river.

Sandyfern cleaned the next kit.

Sunfrost growled. "He still had no right to say it was my fault Gingerpatch died!"

Pondweed mewed, "Why don't I give you tansy? You could miscarriage?"

Jellyspark grunted, "How many is that now?"

Brazenfire mewed, "When he went to fight, you said you'd keep him alive! He had just lost his son, you should know how loosing a family member feels, especially your son, when it feels like it is your fault!"
