Sandyfern only listened to Emberstar a little bit, then she went back into the nursery and collapsed into her nest, she put her paws over her muzzle and eyes and she closed her eyes. Bramblekit looked at her mother.

Falconkit watched Sandyfern and mewed, "I'm very sorry for your loss Mummy..."

Bramblekit sighed, then she nudged her brother. "Lets leave Mama for a bit so she can have time to herself."

Falconkit nodded and mewed, "Let's go visit the elders! I want Leopardfur to finish the story!"

"You mean Leopardheart." Bramblekit mewed. "What story was she telling us again?"

Falconkit mewed, "Of the great Deathstar! Don't you remember?!"

Oakstorm came back to camp, without Littlepaw and Sunfrost, he had licked his wounds clean, but they hadn't been treated yet.

"Oh, yeah!" Bramblekit meowed. "Lets go!" And she ran to the elders den.

Falconkit nodded and ran after Bramblekit.

Pondweed came out with cobwebs and began treating Oakstorm's wounds.

Bramblekit got to the elders den, and she looked at her brother before padding inside.

Oakstorm looked at Pondweed, then he blinked his eyes and glanced around, waiting for the medicine cat to finish.

[I have an idea! How about, since Firepetal has a crush on Pondweed, she randomly starts to expect his kits?]
