Pondweed hurried in and mewed, "Right Rubystorm, you just need to stay calm and you'll be fine!" the queen nodded anxiously.

Falconkit mewed, "Please may I come?" Jellyspark mewed, "I think it's best you stay here!"

[wolf ;;]

Sparrowsong purred, and she grabbed Falconkit by the scruff and set him down, away from the nursery. "Why don't you go play with the apprentices?"

Skyfoot came back into the nursery, followed by Moonheart, the deputies amber eyes glinted.

[walk.]

Falconkit squeaked, "I don't want too! I wanna be with mummy, MUMMY!" he sobbed at the end.

Rubystorm looked up and mewed, "Uh hi! Ooo!" as the first kit began to come.

[wolf ;;]

"Why don't you go and see your father?" Sparrowsong meowed. "Sandyfern is busy."

Moonheart sat beside Rubystorm, and Sandyfern stroked her tail on Rubystorm's flank, meowing words to help her.

[walk.]

Falconkit scrabbled free and began to run into the nursery crying his mother's name.

Rubystorm gave a large push and Pondweed pulled out a reddy brown and white patched she kit and she looked at Moonheart, telling him that this was his kit.

[wolf ;;]

Sandyfern sighed when she heard Falconkit, she got to her paws and padded out of the nursery.

Moonheart nodded and looked at the kit.

[walk.]

Rubystorm looked up as Sandyfern left and watched her kit, she pushed again, the next kit came out, a grey tabby with grey eyes, a Tom. It had nothing in common with either Rubystorm or Moonheart.

Falconkit wailed and ran to Sandyfern.

[wolf ;;]

Moonheart looked at the other kit, and he flicked his ears.

Sandyfern nuzzled Falconkit. "Whats wrong?"

[walk.]

Rubystorm sighed with relief as Pondweed mewed, "Well that's it! Two healthy kits. Well done Rubystorm and congrats" and he padded out if the nursery.

Falconkit wailed, "I wanna be with you!'

Moonheart blinked his eyes, and he looked at the grey tabby, wondering who's kit it was.

Sandyfern purred and licked Falconkit on the head. "I would've come back."
