Jellyspark frowned and murmered, "I wasn't angry, more sad I suppose and I didn't try to hide it. Look, I hate talking about this so can we just leave it."


Reedkit giggled and leapt down and nuzzled his mother.

Yew said, "There are plenty of cats whom wouldn't believe me Morningrain, and no wouldn't want me, no matter how much I have changed."

Coldgaze nodded. "Sorry, I shouldn't have asked."

Willowbreeze purred and nuzzled Reedkit.

Morningrain nodded. "I guess your right."

[walk.]

Jellyspark shrugged and mewed, "It's fine Coldgaze, honestly." she padded over to the kill pile and took a swallow.

Reedkit was soon fast asleep, but this time, he dreamt of nothing.

Yew mewed, "Can we still be friends, or more than that if you wish."

[wolf ;;]

Coldgaze nodded, and he flicked an ear.

Willowbreeze purred as she watched Reedkit, then she decided to say sorry to Tide, and she sighed.

Morningrain purred softly. "Sure, we can still be friends...or we can be more then that if you want to, I'm fine with that."

Jellyspark sighed and began tearing at her dinner. She lowered her head.

Tide was comforting her kits, who were becoming sleepy. She licked Whisperkit on the head and nuzzled Swankit. She looked out of the door and up to the stars, sighing happily.

Yew chuckled and mewed, "We wouldn't want to get you in trouble now."

Coldgaze glanced around camp, and he watched as Firepetal padded into camp, holding two mice and a sparrow.

Willowbreeze looked over at Tide, and she flicked an ear. "Tide?" She meowed, flicking her tail.

Morningrain purred with amusement. "And how exactly would I get in trouble?"

Yellowsparrow watched anxiously from a corner, his ears twitching as he nibbled at a mouse.

Tide lifted her head and mewed quietly, "Yes Willowbreeze?" she snuggled Whisperkit deeper into her fur.

Yew grinned and mewed,m"Now then Morningrain, you know that." he shifted and little closer to her.

Firepetal dropped one of the mice, then she took the sparrow and the other mouse of the medicine cat den to see if Pondweed and Skypaw wanted something to eat.

Willowbreezxe flicked an ear. "I'm sorry about earlier today, I didn't mean to get all angry like I did."

Morningrain purred softly and flicked her tail.

Pondweed was stacking herbs busily in the den, standing on a stool. He wobbled about, tail lashing everywhere. This had never been one of his best assets.

Tide nodded and mewed, "Whisperkit plays rough sometimes, he gets it from playing with the other rogue and loner kits, who copy from their parents. It was hunt for yourself or die, and I Wasn't coping."

Yew chuckled and mewed, "So, would you like to, or not Morningrain, it is your choice, I do not want to force you into anything."

Firepetal poked her head into the den and put down the prey. "Pondweed? Skypaw?"

Willowbreeze nodded, and she flicked her tail. "Well, you were right about Yewclaw being a kittypet, Morningrain and I found him."

Morningrain nodded. "i would like to." She meowed.
