The youngest one purred, and she glanced over at a rouge as it spoke. "How are two cats going to help you more then now? One of them's half blind!" He sneered. The youngest she-cats eyes narrowed and she sprung forward, then it looked like she had disappeared into thin air, then next moment she hand pinned the rouge and sliced his belly open, killing him.

[walk.]

Goldensong gasped and stepped backwards. She mewed, "Um right... I think we'll let them have their justice!" and sped into the warriors den.

[wolf ;;]

Sparrowsong was sitting in the nursery. Whats going out there...I can't hear any fighting She thought.

The youngest she-cat then glared at the rouges, and they took a step back from who they had been fighting.

[walk.]

Hawkfang stuck his head in and mewed, "Are you both alright?" Reedkit came running forward and mewed, "I wanna fight!" Hawkfang laughed lightly. Emberheart mewed, "Sandyfern, Shadepaw? Is that you?"

[wolf ;;]

Sparrowsong looked up, and she nodded. "What happened?"

Sandyfern nodded and purred. "It is." She meowed. Shadepaw licked the blood off her paw.

[walk.]

Hawkfang snarled lightly and said, "Some Rogue's have come and helped us, show offs." he licked his mate on the forehead.

Emberheart stepped backwards and gulped and said, "Sorry, I need time to think, Greystar is dead and now I am leader, I have a big decision to make." he ran into the leaders den. The scent of Greystar filled the bedding, the musty yet friendly smell that Emberheart had always loved. He sighed and mewed, "Right. I need a deputy." he thought to himself,

Foxgaze is experienced but will be retiring to the elder's den soon, Patchfang is very strong willed and powerful, yet he sometimes does things for himself and that leaves?

He counted some cats on his fingers and smiled at his final choice.

Sparrowsong flicked her ears and padded out of the den, she saw Shadepaw and her eyes went wide, then she looked at Hawkfang. "How could you not recognise them! Its Shadepaw and Sandyfern, not some rouges." She purred.

[walk.]

Hawkfang looked at them, eyes wide and said, "That is them, isn't it." he stepped away and turned his head. Emberheart was coming up to highrock and yowled, "Night clan, we have shown these rogue's!" he flickered his tail to the mass of fleeing fur. "Now time to get down to business. As you know, there will be a gathering tonight, but I cannot go, because I must travel to Moonstone. Greystar lost his last life fighting fiercly in battle, a few of his very close friends and family will sit vigil here with him tonight. My new deputy will represent me at the gathering. The new deputy of night clan is.... Moonheart."

[wolf ;;]

Sparrowsong nodded and looked at him. "Whats wrong?"

My cats listened to Emberheart. Moonheart's eyes went wide as he was named deputy, and Smallfrost was the first to start cheering for her brother. "Moonheart! Moonheart!"

[walk.]

Hawkfang said, "The fact she was exciled and turns up in our territory and to be honest, I was getting on better without her. She expects just to be accepted. Of course I am pleased to see her, it just angers me, I am thrilled about Sandyfern, but Emberheart has been able to do alot more warrior duties without them there to cause trouble."

"Moonheart, Moonheart, Moonheart!" the clan cheered happily. Emberheart had wanted a male deputy because he found they were easier first deputies, then after he might choose a she cat.
