Sandyfern's eyes went blank. Gingerpaw growled and his fur bristled while Autumnpaw pressed against her mother. Sparrowpaw sighed, this is what Shadepaw had told her. Shadepaw's ears flattened against her head sadly. "Now, I know that everyone is shocked, but Shadepaw was brave by telling us this. I know most cats wouldn't of told anyone if the same happened to them." Greystar meowed.

[walk.]

Emberheart just looked at Greystar and limped down from high rock and padded into the deputy's den. Hawkpaw snarled and stormed into the apprentices den. Brazenpaw looked at her and whispered, "And I trusted you..." and padded away sadly.

[wolf ;;]

Greystar let Emberheart go to his den. "Hawkpaw, Brazenpaw, I'm not done yet." He meowed, then he looked at his Clanmates. "Shadepaw has also told me that the Clan can vote if they want her exiled."

[walk.]

Hawkpaw looked out and snarled, "I would've thought that was obvious, exciled." Brazenpaw nodded in agreement. Goldenpaw mewed, "It wasn't Shadepaw's fault, I vote she stays."

[wolf ;;]

"I vote she goes." Gingerpaw growled, and Autumnpaw nodded in agreement. "I vote she stays." Sandyfern meowed. "So do I." Sparrowpaw meowed, agreeing with Sandyfern. Most of my cats voted for her to be exiled except for Rosepetal and a few others.

[walk.]

It was an equal split between my cats. Emberheart voted she stays, despite being shocked. The clan stood now torn down the middle.

Greystar looked at Shadepaw, and he twitched his tail as the she-cat nodded, telling Greystar that she should be exiled. "Alright, there are more cats who vote exiled then stay, Shadepaw will leave tomorrow." Greystar meowed. Sandyfern growled, and her tail lashed before she got to her paws and stared at her Clanmates. "If my daughter gets exiled, I do to!"

[walk.]

Emberheart looked over at them weakly and just went inside and roared, he couldn't take this anymore. Hawkpaw snarled at his mother and just stared and said, "You would rather look after her, than us?" he gestured to the rest of his litter mates who were also staring. This made Goldenpaw run crying to her den.

[wolf ;;]

Sandyfern sighed. "Hawkpaw, you all have your father still, and I can't let Shadepaw go by herself, cats are forced to train in the dark forest, they don't have a choice." She meowed, and Sparrowpaw growled and looked over at Hawkpaw. "I can't believe you voted for your sister to be exiled!"

[walk.]

Hawkpaw looked surprised and mewed, "I know it wasn't her fault... And... I suppose I got so caught up, all I was thinking was traitor, traitor. Now, I don't know if this will even make a difference, but I want Shadepaw to stay...." he smiled weakly at his sister and Sandyfern, this at Sparrowpaw.
