The room that the mutants were entering seemed, at first glance, not to be a room at all, but an open street. Stars glistened in the skies above them, and gentle winds and breezes rushed around them. The tangy and unpleasant scent of human pollution was high in the air, as well as the scent of many different humans themselves. The scents, though not pleasant, were necessary. The mutants needed to get used to the conditions that they were to be working under. The sounds of bleeping cars and buzzing engines echoed from the distance. Various metal props were used, their appearances modified by computers, to simulate objects that would be commonly found on the streets. Nearby where the mutants had entered, around a corner, there was a metal door, which seemed barred from the inside, with two armed men stood at either side of it, plenty of rough-looking technologies covering them.
Karasu-Inu's attention was immediately drawn to several props simulated to look and smell like bins that were placed nearby as he smelled food. His tail whirling uncontrollably as he curiously dashed over to start sniffing them, his black nose twitched and the claws of his hands clicked on the concrete path beneath him as he ran. It was easy to see from the little mutant's efforts that, like any normal dog, Karasu-Inu had a rather short attention span...
Moony looked around the room curiously, his golden eyes gleaming and wings twitching passively. "Finally..." he muttered to himself, a little bitterly due to his foul mood finally kicking in, maybe due to lack of sleep. "Some real training mission. I was getting rather tired of pushing boxes into holes..." Snorting a little, Moony twisted his head around to take in his surroundings, the feathered tufts peeking from his hair twitching around. He shook his head a little at the bombardment of different scents. Even if his nose was akin to that of a normal human's having no perks bestowed upon it by the fusion of an owl, he could still smell the rancid air. Even more so as he was more used to the fresh air of the lab.
The moonlight dances around me
As I strike a ghostly pose
Mirrors of water shift beneath my feet
And I raise a hand to smell a rose
The full moon blazes true o'erhead
Bathes the world in silver beams
Blossoms are dancing around me
In my world of Moonlit Dreams...
