"Aha! Here's the files. This displays all the fused individuals we currently have living here in the lab. Do be careful with that, will you?"
Username: Moonlit Dream
Name: Tsukiyoku (mostly called 'Moony' by people who think that that's a mouthful. Or just "Fuzzy" referring to his downy feathers.)
Gender: Male
Age: 5
Fused with: Eagle owl. This manifests in small, ear-like tufts on the top of his head and striking golden eyes. He also has downy wings clinging to his shoulders which are, as of yet, too small to be able to fly; not that he has the correct feathers to do so anyway, as they are covered in a soft down and lack flight feathers. He also has a fuzzy tail that will eventually grow into additional feathers for balance. His eyebrows are feathered, and his finger and toes are tipped with sharp claws. Tufts of brown feathers adorn his wrists and ankles, and he has faint markings like those of an owl over his body. His voice isn't dissimilar to an owl's hoot when he speaks, but he often uses the voice of an owl anyway to display his feelings.
Appearance: Moony is a rather tall boy for his age, and his skin is lightly tanned. He has a lithe build, slightly muscular legs which will someday be used to launch himself into flight. He wears a tight-fitting jumpsuit that is rapidly becoming too small for him, but has extra sleeves that help to support his wings, and extend to the elbows of the feathered appendages. He ha softs chestnut-brown hair swept to one side at the fringe, and his small feathered tufts peeking out from that unless he feels no need to display them. His striking golden eyes are those of an owl, and as a result, he cannot turn them in his sockets. It is often unnerving to see that he is watching you by twisting his head the full way around, but is often quiet, seeming lost in thought a lot of the time. When he speaks, it is in the softly hooting voice of an owl. He often whistles on the S's of his words, a fact that he cannot help. When angered or annoyed, he becomes rather tense and his hair seems to become rather messy and his voice screeches. As such, he has a rather unnerving tantrum...
Personality: Moony is hardly moved by anything, and when he is, it's difficult to tell. Granted the silent wisdom of an owl by his fusion and past experiences, Moony loves to help when he can but often finds it impossible because of the fact that his memory was erased by the fusion. Even so, Moony keeps up a calm attitude, but when he's angry, you'll know about it. Unfortunately, having rather unpredictable moodswings is a downside of his calm attitude. Though it doesn't happen often, sometimes the mutant will go into a fit of rage for seemingly no reason at all. You can usually tell when this is about to happen though, as he seems a little more agitated or bored than usual, and more distant to other people than usually. If you have befriended him, he will usually never snap and be very friendly, welcoming even to complete strangers, but if he is about to throw a mood swing he might snap or growl, being generally more unwelcoming than usual. He may also hiss quite frequently on days like this, and stay in his room all day if possible so as not to hurt anyone and so that he can wallow in self-pity in peace.
History: Moony was born to a poor and abusive family who seemed to blame all of their misfortunes on their young son, perhaps because their house burned to the ground thanks to the war the day he was born. He was seen as a general freak and outcst to the family, looked upon as a vermin akin to a mouse or rat might be looked upon to other families. When the authorities caught note of such aggression, it was looked into, but his family abandoned him before any major details could be found. Wandering the streets for a few months, it seemed like an age to him before the boy was transferred to an orphanage where he was picked up by the scientists who pitied him; so in a way, it was a good thing that the scientists erased memory of his past before training.
Puppy-crush: None.
Other: Tsukiyoku was given the codename as it means 'moonwing' in another language, although it was mostly just an inside joke by the scientists. He hates the nickname 'Fuzzy' and can become rather irritable if it is used. He was the first successful experiment.
Username: Moonlit Dream
Name: Karasu-Inu (Also called by others 'Goldie', 'Dog', 'Pup' and 'Runt', much to Inu's dismay. It is also a common thing to call him by just the first or second part of his name)
Gender: Male
Age: 8
Fused with: Golden retriever- This is seen in the floppy ears that protrude from his hair, and damp nose. Small claws protrude from his fingers which have grown more paw like, and he has large, doglike eyes that make it quite easy for him to manipulate people through the terrifying power of 'puppy eyes'. His mouth is mostly normal, save for canine fangs that are slightly sharper than those of an average human's. He has an enhanced sense of smell, but not nearly as much as a full dog, and his sense of hearing has improved a bit. A constantly wagging tail emerges from a cut in his jeans, and this is never still, always raised or twitching, or showing whatever emotions Karasu might be feeling at the time. With the fusion, his legs are a lot shorter than what would be normal for a human, but this means that Karasu is able to drop onto all fours and sprint that way for a while if there is need for it. Despite this, even on two legs, Karasu is slightly faster than an average human, having speed somewhat akin to a sprinter of about his age. Because of this speed and extra agility, though, Karasu is not strong at all, and if he was caught and pinned down by someone larger than him or just stronger, it would be nigh on impossible for the dog experiment to escape.
Appearance: Karasu is a rather short boy, with strikingly gold hair that came with his fusion. It is neatly cut to around shoulder length. He is lean rather than muscular, and has very pale skin. His nose is always slightly damp no matter the conditions, and he always wears a cheerful face, a lot like a young puppy. That includes having his tongue hanging out, a lot of the time. He usually wears a white shirt, and this is mostly covered by a hoody. Along with this he wears tight jeans with a cut in the back for his tail, and a leather belt to keep them up. He wears trainers to help him grip when running even if he'd prefer bare feet. His ears aren't usually still, and are always perking, drooping, or twitching in various directions like Karasu himself, who cannot sit still for the life of him. For unknown reasons, he wears a blank dog collar around his neck, the tag a gold disc, and the collar itself red and leathery, tightened so that it fits snugly without moving on Karasu's neck when he does. Beneath that, is a scar, a failed attempt for a murderer to cut his throat, but he survived, if barely. His voice is rather gentle and grooming to anyone who listens, but if Karasu is in any kind of mood, then it'll change according to his mood, becoming whiny if he is sad or loud and booming like the bark of a dog if he is angry or frightened, or growling if he is generally feeling dangerous.
Personality: Karasu is, like the creature he was fused with, very loyal. He'll stick with a person to the very end if they gain his trust, and follow them around like a... Well, dog. This can be very annoying at times, but Karasu can be useful in his own little ways. If you ask him to do something, he'll do it without question, no matter what it is. Even if it ends up getting himself killed, Karasu will also defend his friends through thick and thin. While he can be very courageous, that's not to say he's entirely perfect. If there is an argument between two friends, Karasu will flee with tail between his legs and refuse to eat or show himself until they've made up. He can't stand the scent of iron, and bloodspill makes his mind reel and senses recoil. Being uncontrollably squeamish, Karasu cannot fight physically, or the sight of blood will likely make him faint, even if that blood is of an enemy's; but he will always fight as hard as he can if a friend is in danger. When it comes to enemies, however, it's a different story. Karasu will be very cold to them, and even growl if they come too close. If he really dislikes someone, he'll attack on sight, but luckily it's hard to make it into the boy's bad books. He is also very excitable, and about the slightest of things.
History: Karasu was born to a kindly family and raised until he was seven with them. He loved his family and thought the world of them, believing firmly that nothing would ever happen to them as long as he was there. However, when he was almost eight, disaster struck. Someone who had once loved Karasu's mother crept into his house, and killed both his mother and father. Alex watched from the sidelines, to scared to do anything but watch, and then call the police on his phone. The murderer had caught him by the time that the police had come, and was halfway through scoring the killing blow when the police charged in. He lived, but horrible guilt and agony for his parents made him despair and almost go insane; on more than one occasion he was barely stopped from finishing what the murderer started. Somewhere along the way, he acquired a dog's collar, and he used this to prevent questions about the scar. He was more than happy to come up with excuses for a collar. When he stumbled upon the scientists' experiment, Karasu practically jumped on the opportunity. He didn't want to see anyone any more. He chose a golden retriever to be fused with as that was the type of dog that his family had always wanted, but never been able to afford.
Puppy-crush: He's too naive for things like that.
Other: Karasu is prone to having one or both of his ears turn inside out. It is a most amusing sight, and one that Karasu barely notices. He's just happy to bring a smile to people's faces. He also loves music, and is prone to falling asleep if someone plays him gentle music, and going hyper if someone plays him upbeat music. He loves also, to dance and sing along as strange as he might sound whilst doing it. In reality, any music can have an influence on his mood. His favourite song is "Stray" from the Wolf's Rain anime even if he doesn't remember where it came from. Just that it's on his iPod and that he likes it. He uses a lot of dog noises to get his point across even if he doesn't even realize it. He might stop a sentence randomly and interrupt it with a loud "Woof!" or whine as he is speaking, even growl. He also has some rather amusing yet unusual habits. He behaves in a very doglike way. For one thing, he scratches like a dog does, using his hind legs, and loves to be petted, even having that special twitchy spot that all dogs do. It can be amusing to listen to him attempt to speak when you scratch that bit. Despite liking to look his best, he hates baths and it can be as challenging as bathing a real one for the scientists, and even funnier to watch as the experiments have so often found. It can become a popular show, and it is a common thing for a new scientist to be tricked into giving Karasu a bath...
