1x1 Between myself and LoneWolf-Gage: More than Puppy Love?

Felcia stopped dead when he pushed her out of the way. As the gunshot rang out, she cried, "Quin!!" once he told her to run, she stared at him for a moment, before running where he told her too. She strained her ears hard to listen for the bear or humans. In all truth, she had no reason to trust him, but she did.

Quin's golden eyes grew cold. He had no issues with humans in general. However they had made it personal by costing him his ear and now shooting at him. He no longer heard the bear. It seemed to have stopped and backed off after the shot was fired. Quinhagak stood firm and waited. five humans walked out of the woods into the clearing and had their guns trained on him. Quin closed his eyes and listened closely. One man was loading his gun, another was repositioning his grip, a third was adjusting his strap, the fourth was positioning the gun to shoot. Five, it was the fifth man who was pulling the trigger now. The instant the human pulled the trigger Quinhagak jumped. To most it would look as though he had jumped strait up. That was not the case though. As he came back down he turned his body and his back paws connected with the shooter's face, knocking him back and into a tree. He used the force from that hit to move towards the fourth man while still in the air. He knocked him back and his gun went off shooting the second man. Quin moved quickly and lunged at the third man knocking his legs out from under him and his head hit into the barrel of his rifle. Now it was only the one who was loading his gun. Quin's eyes were still closed as he advanced on the man. He heard the man step back before falling and starting to beg. The voice was young, quite young. Quin stepped back. This was only about of around thirteen years of age. Quin caught the sent of tears and fear. ''Do not come after me again. If you do, I will not spare you a second time." He warned figuring the boy like most others could not understand him.
Quin quickly left. He took a different rout to the hidden cave. "Are you alright?" He asked Felcia from outside the cave.

Felcia had moved to the back of the cave once she had arrive. The whole time she found herself praying that Quin would be alright. All her praying did not prepare her for when she would hear his voice. She jumped up at his voice and started a low growl. As soon as she scented him, she stopped her growl, and shot out of the cave. "Are you alright?" She started to sniff at him, all over. She started with his head and moved over each side, sniffing every inch of him.

Quinhagak nodded "I am fine." He assured her. Fighting humans was not as difficult as fighting with wolves or bears. He was an exceptionally skilled fighter and killer but that was not a side he liked to show others. Especially those who did not know him all that well. He did not let anyone see him like that unless he had no other choice.

Felcia stopped her sniffing, and stood back. "What happened?"

Quin looked at her and shook his head. "Nothing that you need to worry about." He told her. Despite his size or the fact that he had just fought with those who wished to kill him, his tone was not aggressive or threatening. Just a bit rough and gravelly.

Felcia looked taken aback. "You didn't kill anyone did you?!" She stepped back and sat down. She understood the need to defend yourself, just hated the idea of killing someone or something to do so.

Quin turned his back and started walking again. He stopped and looked up into the sky "I do not kill without cause." He told her before he started walking again. "Just the same though. I would not stay around here too long if I were you. They may come back." He said though this time he did not stop walking.

Felcia nodded. "Where are you off to now?" She started to walk behind him.

Quinhagak did not stop walking when she asked where he would be heading. "Where ever the wind takes me." He told her. His spirit was free and bound by no one so he was as free as the wind to go where he pleased.
