Laura couldn't hear anything. She slowly wriggled around until she got to the edge of the tree and lent against one of the branches, leaning Orr the side to had a look around. There was a slight freak and Laura opened her mouth to scream, but before she could the branch cracked and she started to fall. She groaned as she hit the ground, by was quite surprised how soft I was, the moss being quite springy. She gronaed and rubbed her head softly, stiffing up with a groan. She swore quietly as she realised she had made quite a racket by falling.
"Rugby is great. The players don't wear helmets or padding; they just beat the living day lights out of each other and them go for beer. I love that"

I stopped, hearing a sound, and my usual demeanor returned. I scooped up the girl that had fallen and sprinted back to the beginning, where the officials gag'd and tied the captives hands up, then return back to my house. Mansion, really. I glanced down at the girl, my eyes turning a slight red color as I looked back up.

Laura could hardly make a sound, mainly because she was half knocked oh at the time. She shook her head softly, feeling a headache coming on, but she was awake and not pleased. She spat out the gag, with great difficulty and started to kick the back of his chair heavily,"Let me go," she said as she wriggled against her bonds.

I ignored her, pacing the room slowly. "Don't struggle," I warned, glancing up at her. By now my eyes had turned back to their normal hazel color. "It will only make things worse for you if you do." I glanced at the gag on the ground but didn't move to pick it back up.

Laura bit her lip and with a great deal of trouble reached down and grabbed the hand of a knife which you could just seed poking up from behind her leg. She grabbed it, and in a flash it was flying towards the vampire as hard as Laura could through it with her hand tied at her side.

I ducked and swerved to the side, then reached out and clutched the girl's wrist tightly. With my other hand, I carefully extracted the knife from her grasp. "Don't try anything like that again," I growled, stowing the knife away.

She snarled,"Let me to, because I'm not going to stop," she said angrily. She kicked him in the croth angrily, and continued kicking, trying to hurt him as much as she could.

I cursed under my breath and tightened my grip on her wrist enough to hurt. "Follow," I ordered, speaking through clenched teeth as I strapped a collar on the girl's neck. "We're going to get you branded."

Laura's eyes widened as she heard those words and she at once started to struggle more. She raised her fist and punched him across the cheek, then bit her lip, trying not to cry out because of the pain in her fist. She looked up,"Please, no," she said, turning from violence to sweet talking.

She punched my face and I growled, a large red mark on my cheek. I looked down at the girl when she pleaded with me. I paused, then mentally shook myself. I'd already broken the one rule about showing no mercy when I saved the child. I couldn't risk getting in more trouble. "Follow," I repeated, starting to walk to the door.
