[Complicated game]

Soon enough a cab was pulled over. Kyo took a front seat and Goro and Jin took the back seats. Knowing Goro would do something stupid, she made sure to wedge herself into the middle seat. "Not every day you get all four elements in one cab!" Jin mused with a chuckle. Even though she had been attacked again, her spirit seemed to be lifted. "Well, at least if Jin doesn't sneeze." Kyo pointed out, earning a glare from Jin. "You wish you could bend when you sneeze!" She flicked his ear and leaned back.

Tsu silently took a front seat, quickly making herself comfortable. She smiled a little at the lightened mood, her spirit starting to lift a little. She shouldn't be thinking about the Equalists or those Chi-blockers! She should be out and having fun with her new friends! "Really? I can do that too except I just go really high in the air."

Jin laughed loudly. "I'm sorry, but I kind of wish I could see the island during allergy season. I bet you all go up like geysers and drop like bumbleflies!" The car rumbled over the road towards their favorite restaurant. It was quick to get there, and Kyo held both doors open. Goro was first out and Jin followed silently.

Tsu jumped out of the car, waving at the driver. "Thanks again!" She called out to him. She gazed up at the restaurant, her eyes widening a little. "Wow, this place looks great!" She had never really been to a place like this before. Usually, she just sat home and ate dinner with her father.

Jin smiled. "You really don't get off that island much, do you?" She asked, gently nudging Tsu. She heard one of the boys, though she didn't bother to look at which one. "I bet you haven't even seen the testing track! Turns out Goro has 'inside links' with the people there." She made air quotes around inside links.

Tsu shook her head quietly. "No, not a lot." She said truthfully. She gazed at the boys curiously. Testing track? What was that supposed to be? Was that where you practiced your bending or something? "What do you do at this 'testing track'?" She made quotations around the word, playfully copying Jin.

"Testing track; for cars." Jin said like an encyclopedia, sitting at the table Kyo had suggested. "They smash 'em, race them, do whatever proves their safety. It's brilliantly fun!" She smiled fondly, thinking of her first time. "Imagine going so fast your eyes burn and you feel numb. It's amazing."

Tsu sat down at the table, shifting uncomfortably. That didn't really sound like fun. She would rather remain intact, thank you very much. "Uh...It sounds great." She said.

Jin sensed her new friend was nervous. "We're strapped in and have helmets and goggles. It's completely safe." Sweet avatar she sounded like Goro. He always claimed dangerous things were safe. When someone came over to ask what they wanted, Jin simply smiled and said; "Same as always Quin."

Tsu brightened up a little. "Alright, that doesn't sound too bad." She said. Now that she thought about it, the testing track did sound kind of fun. She looked up at some girl who had come over, tilting her head curiously. What was she supposed to order?
