City of Shadows (1X1 With Funsized)

Joker laughed softly, picking up the painting carefully and putting it someplace safe, "Because we are like brother and sister?" he asked dryly, before heading up to his room. Pausing before entering, and pulling against his scars with testing O shape, he asked Taimet, "When will you be ready for dinner?"

Joker, in the mean time, kept his door open and began rifling through his clothes before finding a nice suit and tie. Why not? It was a nicer restaurant anyway!

"Oh! in a few moments."
Taimet started towards her room, then her closet. She didn't have many dresses, but the ones she had she loved dearly. Sifting through her top rack, she found her bright blue dress. It had brown daisies along the bottom trim, and came with a darker brown knit shawl. She hadn't warn it for a while, but she was sure to wear it. Trying it on, she realized it still did. That was a relief. If her dresses were too small or big, it annoyed her. She did not want that to happen. She dug into the bottom of her closet and found some dark brown slip ons. yes, she thought.

Taimet looked at her messy room, and started to clean. She was Very pleased that she did not smell of crustacean again. Today had been merciful.
She placed her pillows on her bed, folded her extra blankets, and went to strt on her laundary on the ground. Most of it was clean, but just thrown down, so she folded those and put them away too.

She brushed her fur so that it shown smooth. Looking out the doorway she said,
'yah ready?"

Pietro dressed quickly, making sure, however, to still look well groomed. Before he left his room, he took out his NA suit and put it on the bed. Should dinner run late, he didn't want to go messing around his room looking for it.

Stepping out of his room and shutting the door, Pietro turned to face Taimet and grinned, "Shall we go, My Lady?" He asked offering a black paw. Pietro often teased that he had melted a pair of black gloves to his paw once, which was why they were black, but they were simply markings he had always had.

"Shall we take your car or mine?"

Taimet chucked, "Ah, you are silly"
she grabbed his black glove of a paw, and said his car, since it was fancier, and not as ...girly as her own.

((Sorry, I put Joker in one of my last posts instead of Pietro. A lot of my RP names are Joker, so if I do that, just tell me and I will edit. Which reminds me, when the Piccolo dragon thread is done, could you send the link to me?))

Pietro laughed as he led Taimet to the car and the two drove to the Italian restaurant.

Joker turned on the lights as the two re-entered the apartment. It was 10:30. No reason why he couldn't get going early, "Hey, Tai. I had a great time tonight," He said, smiling, "I am going to head over to my friends place early, ok? Will you be alright alone?" He called outs he walked up the stairs and started to change. He really wanted to make sure it was alright with Taimet first, but he had something to ask Daisy before the nightly rounds began.

((At night, I am just going to refer to Pietro as Joker. Will that be alright?))

She looked at him. "Sure! I had a really good time tonight too."

Taimet was a bit relieved that Pietro had to leave early, since she still needed to find her AI suit. It was more than likely under her bed somewhere. She needed to find herself a way to stay more orgnized.

Joker sped through the streets in the nondescript black car until he reached the NA headquarters above the NYPD.

"I'm here, chief," Joker said, bowing as he grabbed his sniper.

The chief, a large beagle, nodded quietly.

"Crap, now where did I leave it?"

Daisy looked under her bed and finally found it in a wad. She smoothed it out, and replaced her dress with her AI uniform.
She drove to the headquarters, and got out of her car. She was Joker, and gave a 'hey' nod to him.
