Isabelle sighed, shaking her head as she grabbed his hand hesitantly before squeezing it gently. "Don't go.."

He got goosebumps when she touched him. His cheeks turned red, and he looked the other way.

Isabelle smirked when she noticed his face and slowly pulled her hand away.

Zach didn't know what to say. "Okay." He mumbled.

Isabelle frowned, making her feel bad because of his reaction. He sounded sad, that made her feel bad even more. "Could you call a nurse in so I can see if I can leave today?"

He grabbed the remote, and pressed the nurse button for her. He set it down and sat in the chair next to her bed.

Isabelle smiled gratefully as she watched the nurse enter the room. "Do you have a release form I could fill out?"
