Plot
In a land where dragons rule the skies, there are many other dangers threatening the kingdom of Avalon. Other horrid creatures live along the roads and in the forests, and war is a constant threat from the many nomadic invaders. During this time, when only dragons and their riders can protect the realm from destruction, riders are needed more than ever to bond with the dragons that have flown the skies for generations, awaiting their second half, their riders.

Avalon
Avalon is a secluded land, surrounded by mountainous peaks, except to the south, which is bordered by a wide sea that no one has ever found the end to and returned to report it. Few leave this land, and fewer still return alive. The rural area is covered in a variety of wildlife that is still undiscovered, uncharted, and completely unknown. Small towns and villages litter the area, connected by river-routes, roads, ditches, and, of course, flight. IN this land, anything is possible, and everything happens.

She shouted happily into the sky, loving the feeling of the wind in her hair as Onyx flipped once more before gliding softly to the ground. She felt the lean muscles of her dragon stretch easily beneath her as Onyx landed softly below her. She laughed and hugged the dragon once before sliding down her scales and to the ground. "Thank you Onyx." She grinned.

Onyx
She snorted in amusement, small streams of smoke coming from her nostrils as she butted her head gently against Shai's chest. "Of course, but come on. we have to get back in town." She said, her tail flicking across the grass.

Alexander
He sighed, and left the field, relief pouring down him like sweat now that he had finally finished his plowing range. He yawned and whistled for Drake, hoping he wouldn't be too far off.

Saphira was sitting on the field, looking up at the sky for a second, she had a notepad on her lap, trying to figure out where her dragon and herself were going today, she wasn't sure yet, but she kept her eye out for anyone else in the area.

Drake was close to the area, he lifted his head and shot up, swooping in beside him "You called?" he asked tilting his head curiously.

Jesse was standing on a cliff edge with Rose, she was standing close beside him, her wings over him, she sensed it would rain soon and she didn't want Jesse to get wet.

Alexander nodded. "Yeah, we should be meeting the others soon." He said as he closed the distance between him and his dragon. He rubbed Drake's scales as he thought.

Zephyr looked over at Saphira from his resting place, and stood. "What's on your mind?" He asked as he approached her. He stretched his wings out once before pulling them back in with a smokey sigh.

Shai climbed back onto Onyx and nodded. "Yeah, I know. . .I just don't want to I guess. It's boring in town." She grumbled. Onyx rolled her eyes in return and snorted a smoke stream. "Too bad. I can sense the rain nearby, and I don't want to be caught in a storm again."

"Who?" Drake asked curiously, looking over at him, he wasn't very sure what was going on at the moment but that was alright, he'd know soon "Its going to rain by the way." Drake said, stretching his wings out.

Saphira looked up at him "I'm planning our route but it seems we've just about been everywhere, what's left?" Saphira asked curiously, still trying to think, leaning her head on her right hand with her pencil in her mouth, between her teeth.

Jesse soon looked at Rose "We should move from here, out to the mountains, we'll find the cave again soon." hes said, Rose nodding, tucking her wings away letting him climb on before stretching them back out and took flight from the edge heading out to the mountains, it was strange, the weather was considerably better up there.

"You know, My sister Shai, and Onyxrose," Alexander shrugs. "We were supposed to meet them at town." He hosted himself onto Drakes back with another sigh. "Rain, just what we need now."

Zephyr shrugged, his wings contracting ever so slightly with the moment before he Sat down again beside her."I'm not sure. Have we visited the Tahari Village of the East and The Samalian Mountains of the West already? It's all blended together with time."

"I know, I know." She sighs. "Come on then I guess." Onyx took off rapidly, stretching her wings to catch the air currents as he turned towards the village.
