Dillon

Before she had a chance to respond, a cop pulled up at the scene, and the woman immediately ran over to him. Dillon grumbled slightly, sliding off the back of her car and going over. The woman started telling the officer what happened, and the officer looked at Dillon, asking what happened to get her side of the story. "I was on my way to school, sir. My phone started ringing, and I was trying to silence it. I didn't see her at the stop sign.", Dillon lied to him. Truthfully, she didn't even know what she was doing before she crashed into the lady's car. The damage wasn't even that bad, anyways. In her mind, all of this was just unessecary. But, the lady obviously didn't think that, because she started yelling at her again. Dillon rubbed her temples for a moment, trying not to cuss this lady out, or tell her off. The officer just waved it off, though. He told the two just to exchange insurance information, and then go on with their day. Even though Dillon really wanted to punch this lady in the mouth, she did as the officer said, anyways. Just wanting to get out of here. Once the lady and the officer drove off, Dillon huffed out a sigh of relief, stopping herself from flipping the lady off.

As the girl passed, he pretended like he was texting on his phone, which he clearly wasn't. He never used the thing, anyways. Besides, he had no one to text. To him, phones were stupid devices that humans were addicted to. When she was pretty far ahead, he slipped his black phone into his back pocket, then slowly made his way after her. But, he didn't make it obvious that he was following her, because that would scare her off. And he didn't feel like chasing anyone today. He ran his tongue over the back of his teeth, feeling that his fangs were about to come out due to that fact that he was getting pretty thirsty. Trying his best to keep them in, he came up behind her, clearing his throat. "Excuse me? Sorry to bother you, but I was wondering if you could give me some directions.", he said. Oh, yeah, James. Nice going., he thought.

Emily jumped and turned around right when she heard a masculine voice. "I-Uh, what? Directions? To where?" She scrunched up her eyebrows and stared at the stranger, only blinking every other second. She had no choice but to be friendly; perhaps he was new here. Feeling both intimidated and awkward, she jerked her head sideways.

Anthony watched them. He chuckled when the lady kept yelling. She was crazy; a madwoman. That was a perfect name for her. Once the officer and madwoman left, he looked at Dillon. "So what's gonna happen next?" He asked sincerely and out of curiosity. He had no idea what would happen next, and he needed to seem like a friendly person.

Dillon shrugged, leaning against her car as she stared at him. "You, um, need a ride?", she asked him, really not even knowing what to say. She had nothing better to do, anyways. Obviously, she wasn't going to go to school. Because she was already too late. Her eyes moved to the front of her car, seeing only a medium sized dent near one of the headlights. The damage on the other lady's car was probably less than that. Her hand moved up to her hair again, taking it down and leaving it down. She looked over at him again, wrapping the hair band around her wrist.

James mentally cursed himself, not even knowing where he should tell her. He knew this town pretty well, so he tried to think of something that was pretty close. "Uh.. The library.", he finally blurted out, then cursed himself again. What a stupid answer! The library was only about three blocks up. He really had no idea how this was going to work, and that made him want to slap himself for not pre-planning this situation. He should've just whacked her in the head, carried her to the woods, and just killed her. There was no one around, so that plan still floated in the back of his mind.

Emily pointed to to him. "In back of you. It's just a couple of blocks away." She turned around and continued walking in silence, hoping he'd leave her in peace. He probably just wanted to get to know her or something. It was a good excuse; to ask for directions.

Anthony shrugged. "I don't really have anywhere to go.. But sure, I guess." He stretched his legs and looked at Dillon. "Do you have to go anywhere? I guess I could come or something. I have nothing to do." He sighed and looked around awkwardly.
