Hearing his softly spoken word, his breath hot against her ear, Bridge twitched slightly. Her head tipped towards her shoulder for just a moment before she murmured something and it dropped back onto his shoulder. She nuzzled her head against him as if his shoulder was a pillow. Blond locks spilled over her eyes, stopping at the edge of her nose. A soft whimper escaped between her lips. Her body trembled slightly in his arms when he stood and one hand rose to clutch the fabric of his shirt. Even asleep she was very aware of her fear of heights. Not a word slipped through her mouth though as he started to walk forward. After a bit Bridge calmly let her hand slacken against his shirt and slip down to rest in her lap. Her body was totally limp in his hands as she fell deeper in the crutches of sleep.

Xaiver stiffened when she moved her hand, hoping he hadn't woken her. He sighed softly when she relaxed again, and shifted her slightly. He held her much more gently than he had the day before, and kicked the door closed after him. He walked slowly up to his wing of the castle, making sure he didnt jostle her too badly. He pushed open her door and laid her out in bed slowly, pulling back the overs first so he could cover her up. He pushed the hair back from he face and gazed down at the gil o a few moments before turning and maing sure to lock the door before he left to his own room.

ღ Bridge ღ

In the warm bed, covers bunched up over her whole body; Bridge lay cowering. She had woken up just a moments ago from a very frightening, creepy dream. With the thick blanket over her head, she curled into a ball. Her hands came up over her head, sliding past her mangled blond hair. Knowing it was probably close to a rats nest. "Go back to sleep Bridge, it was only a dream.." Over and over she told herself those words, muttering them so softly they barely reached her ears.
In a defient jerk, the blankets fell to the floor. Her feet tripped over the soft covers when she dropped to the hard flooring. There was no way she was waiting around for Xavier to wake up and find her scared over nothing. Yesterday was bad enough. She went to the windowsill and pushed back the heavy curtain in order to climb up into the seat.

Xavier had fallen asleep just two hours before, when it had begun to get light. He was really going to have to try and get Bridgett to sleep in the day too, or he'd never sleep. Xavier could hear the girl moving in her own room, so he rolled out of bed with a groan, rubbing his eyes which had dark circles underneath them. The boy trudged to the bathroom, splashing cold water on his face to at least try and wake himself up. When that didn't work, he got a towel out and set it on the counter, turning on the shower water. It didn't take long to warm up, and soon after Xavier was stepping in. It was only about ten minutes and the vampire was stepping out and wrapping a towel around his waist before heading back to his room.
In a matter of minutes, he was back in the bathroom, opening Bridgett's door. He leaned against the doorframe, arms crossed, eyes half lidded, and his hair dark, messy and still dripping. "What do you want for breakfast?" he asked, voice still thick with sleep despite already taking a shower.

It took Lily forever to wake up, groggy and tired feeling still. Her neck was achey, and she was bit confused as to why- until her hands brushed the badages. With a groan, the young girl fell back against the pillows, her stomach growled loudly, alerting her that she was after all very hungry. She also realized she wanted new clothes to wear, since she had been wearing these for two days. She wondered where Isaac was... Lily bolted upright in bed, glancing around quickly. She wasn't sure how she had gotten in bed, but had an uneasyfeeling about it. She remembered being bitten, but that was all.

Bridge

The bridge over the waterway is often overlooked as most think of it as a simple bridge.
A thing to get over obstacles, to get from point A to point B.

Her soft green eyes darted up at the sound of the door to the bathroom opening. Silently she took in the sight of him, not bothering to answer the question for the moment. It was plainly obvious that the boy had taken a shower as his hair was still wet. Might as well see if he might let her take a shower and borrow a change of clothes. Bridge twisted on the window seat and let her bare feet drop onto the wooden floor. "I'm- I think I'm good for now.. Do you think I could shower though?" Her eyes didn't move from the floor boards, figuring that he must have indeed carried her inside. Last night might not have mattered at the moment, though right now she knew that she couldn't let it happen again. Her cheeks burned with a blush, at the mere thought that she might be getting attached to the boy who kidnapped her for her blood.
Before she could talk herself out of it any longer, she tossed her hair from her face and stared directly at Xavier. "I would like to borrow some clothes to wear, I don't think I can bear wearing these another day." Picking at the hem of her shirt she flicked it slightly before letting it again fall into place. There was no hiding the smell of B.O. coming off of her either.

Xavier didn't really mind if she didn't want to eat right now, but he'd make breakfast anyway. She needed to eat, especially if he was going to have to feed today. He nodded slowly when asked for clothes, making his hair drip and make his hair drip and wet his shirt even more. "I should have something that should fi a little at least. I'll go look now," he said as he turned back to his room. He walked slowly back to his room, digging through a drawer of clothes from a different time, which might have fit her. There was a v-neck, thin t-shirt that would fit if she tied it at the waist, and sweatpants that tied around the waist that might fit but be a bit long. He came back with them on his arm, leaning in the doorway again. "Hot water doesn't last long- towels are in the cupboard... There's everything you should need should be in there if you look... You'll have to use my shampoo and stuff for now. Your clothes should be here soon... Probably in a few days." He stepped forward to hold out the clothes, keeping his eyes down to hide the faint red he knew was there, enough to be alarming.
