Matt looked up at Jackle. "How is it that you know more about vampires than I do?" He asked. Why did being a pure blooded vampire, whatever that was, mean he could do all of that stuff? He didn't even know that there was such thing as a pure blooded vampire.

"I don't. I know much about pure bloods though. They are born as a vampire. They dont kill or harm unless absolutely needed. They are pretty much the messangers of the gods if you will..." he moved towards his bag and rumaged through it. "I met a few once or twice. And-Ah Ha!" he pulled out a book bound in what looked like snake skin. He flipped to a page that depicted a humanoid figure with glowing eyes and fangs. "eiz tonta goruf entoo meniec" he murmured. "purebloods can tell prophecies..." h repeated in English.

"I wish you didn't have to either." Nick smiled sleepily. He felt that something had was happening. He always had that feeling.

Sky sighed slightly and laid her head on his chest. She wanted to be able to stop time and just stay like this forever. Unfortunately fate had different plans. There was a loud noise outside, making Sky jump. Please just let it be nothing. Sky sat up and looked over at Nick, wondering what they should do.

"Wait here." Nick ordered. He took a look out the window and growled. "I think that your Nefora is looking for you. Because she sent some drones."

Sky swore at the word drones. "Ugh, I hate those things. I'll take care of it." She got off of the bed and walked out of his bedroom. Sky stopped where her bag was and pulled out a couple of knives. She looked back toward where Nick was. Sky didn't want him to get hurt.

Nick growled and shifted into a huge wolf. He walked up beside her. She wasn't going in this alone.

The Drones darted past the Cabin, one stopping to sniff the air. "she's here!" he laughed. They circled the cabin, snarling and giggling. "Nefora wants to see you Sky!" one called.

Sky placed her hand on Nick's shoulder. She really didn't want to risk him getting hurt, but she also wanted his help. There was no telling how many drones Nefora had sent. Sky scowled when she heard one of the drones call out to her. "We can't let any of them get away if they see you. If you feel nervous about killing them, just remember that they aren't actually alive." She murmured to Nick. Sky opened the door to find a drone staring at her. Her scowl deepened and she stabbed it with her knife.

"Ohf!" The drone cursed. It slashed out at her, leaping back. "Nefora has given us a chance at living. Our first kill and we become true, living vampires." another howled. SHe stepped forward. "we don't want to hurt yo..." she sniffed the air. "is that... Mutt!!??" she hissed. Her fangs elongated. "TRAITOR!" she spat and lunged at Sky. Two others did also. Three of them darted swiftly into the forest, back to the cave to report to Nefora.

Slythx moaned. He shifted but didn't awake.

Jackle pointed to a figure. "these are pure-bloods..." beside the figure was a family line. "they are all one family." he ran his finger down the line indicating each member. "Tota, the first female pure-blood. She was wife to Golan."
