Kolek nodded and laughed at the events that happened. He was going to miss Manfred the scary black rat Raina and him found on a case. He was a good pet besides the fact he never dies and glares at anyone with his creepy eyes. He was almost as creepy as the creepin’ Ghost Van though. He only noticed it was a creeper van when little children would scream and run when they saw the van. He now knew why all mothers hated him so much when he drove by. It was kind of a weird thing; he wanted to paint flames on the van though. His kill joy boss Jack said no though.
Kolek smiled to himself and hummed a Beatles song as he lifted two of the black bags into the van’s trunk. He set them down and quickly opened them up to take inventory. Alright we got the digi and film cameras. Extra batteries for the digital one. Um let’s see… The EVP recording set… On the team Kolek insisted that they still use a good old film camera when ghost hunting just because it always seemed to work more results than the digital one. He still brought the digi one anyway just in case the film one broke. He also carried a set of two digital EVP recorders and a cassette tape recorder as well. Again he carried the older cassette tape one just in case the digital ones were drained or broke. It worked well but had a grainy sound to it. Kolek also carried extra batteries for when ghosts drained energy from sources around them to manifest, he had backup.
Ok both EMF meters and the heat sensor ((Infrared)) camera.he thought as he sifted through the items. The EMF meters he carried were different one meter only measured EMF and was a newer digital motel but the other measured EMF as well as magnetic and microwave fields. The tri-meter as they are called were considered the best for ghost t hunting so he brought two but still brought the other simple one as well. He looked over on the side of the bag and smiled to see that the side box that held the cameras was there. He carried a HD full spectrum camera to sense other light filters as well as the ones we can see and it had a nifty night vision setting for the ghost hunting at night. The other camera they had was a simple HD camera so they both could record what was happening to them. He sucked in a breath like he forgot soothing and felt his pockets he relaxed a bit when he felt four cylinder shaped prisms in his pocket. He pulled them out to expose four metal cameras each about four inches long.
There were his which were very Kolek for one was black with orange flames painted on and the other was black except for a single ghost painted on and a stamp that said “Ghost Hunter.” The other two flashlights were a present for Raina but she didn’t know about them yet. One was navy blue with a crescent moon and a few glow in the dark stars on it and the other was a copy of the “Ghost hunter” flashlight he had. He grinned and knew she would love them. He shoved them back in his pocket and continued with inventory. He made sure he had a laser grid for detecting motion, the first aid kit for those times where he fell, walkie talkies in case they had to split up, and the experimental “Ghost box” that used radio waves to communicate with ghosts.
He smiled and put everything back in. he stood up strait, his black “Pink Floyd” t-shirt rippled in the slight breeze. He was glad he wore jeans and his favorite beat up black converse. “Hey Raina, I got a present for you! Come and get it!” He called and waited for her to come over. He hoped she like them as much as he did. He ordered them all custom from an artist at a craft festival last week.
I like pink, history and cats. Lololol

Extra?: "Awe, thats so sweet!" /Squee
The girl stuffed all of the stuff under her passenger seat, giving a sigh. it was Kolek's turn to drive. He did love to control their creeper van for some odd reason, but Raina was still contemplating whether she was sane for putting him behind the wheel. He sucked at driving. He was an absolute maniac on the road. But Raina didn't' stand a chance to his sad face when he wanted to drive, so she would quietly let him drive.
They had conditions though. Of course, they had to. First, after ten consecutive hours of driving, the one not driving would take over. No need to fall asleep at the wheel. Also, the one that wasn't driving got to choose the songs. But, that wasn't really much, considering Kolek and her had a lot of the same tastes in music. Beetles, Pink Floyd, Deep Purple.. More Raina than him for the latter, but it was all good music. And finally, their pit stops had to be timed. They weren't allowed to take more than six minutes at each stop. So, one would fill up the gas and the other would run in, use the restroom, and grab all the snacks and drinks they needed. Once the creep van was filled, the one doing the filling would come in and use the bathroom, then they'd both run out together and get there in record time. The two would usually make a list before-hand on what they needed.
When Raina heard that she should come around the van, and there was a present involved, you could bet that the Twenty-Two year old bolted over to Kolek with a grin. Her own converse, hers purple high tops with bright green laces, skidded to a stop in front of him as she looked down at his hand, where he held two small flashlights. One had "Ghost Hunter" printed on it in bold letters, and the other, her personal favorite out of the two, was just lovely. It was navy blue and had a moon and glow in the dark stars, something Kolek knew she loved, plastered onto it. She gave him a wide smile and carefully took them from him.
"Kolek, you're too sweet." She said, reaching over and giving him a quick hug, then pulling back so she could inspect them further.
"So.." She started distractedly, still gazing at the lights, "Is everything ready? Can we go?" She asked, a small twinkle coming to her eyes as she looked up at him. "Our starting snacks are all in the front too, so is your pillow and blanket, and mine of course."
