Evan held her hand back, using the other to carry his coffee. Glancing over at the map, he pulled her along quicker. The crowd seemed to be getting bigger.

Carla walked faster and almost ran into someone a few times but they soon made it. Just in time too, because boarding had just begun.

Evan got into the plane, then sat down in his seat, looking out the window. He yawned a little, laying back against the seat.

'Why do you get the window seat?" she asked in a whiney little girl voice. She was only joking but the people around her didn't know that. They all looked at her like she was crazy.

Brian sat up straighter and pretended to think about it. "Hm, maybe just a little." he said.

Evan chuckled. "Because I wanted the window seat," he whined back, not caring if everyone thought he was crazy. They could think that, for all he cared.

Alana slightly rolled her eyes. "Of course you would," she said teasingly.

He chuckled and kissed her cheek.

Carla laughed at their childish behavior. She sat down beside him and leaned her head invisible shoulder and held his hand again. She secretly did really want the window seat though.

Evan yawned lightly, laying back against the chair. He closed his eyes contently.

Carla sat patiently until the plane lifted off.
