Harkuru soon padded out of the forest and both Abby and Spice look over at him with joy but end up running into each other nocking them both down on their hind quarters. The great gray wolf rolled his eyes and padded into the house. He looked at Kovu and then looked away. He didn't want to see the boy knowing he loved the cat more than he did him. He was hurt enough to know he wasn't very welcomed. Padding up the stairs, he could hear Abby and Spice barking with joy that he was home. Atleast he knew that they missed him, seeing the fact that he was basically their brother. He reached the hallway with all the bedrooms and opened one door that was Alex's room. He padded inside and over to the bed before sitting down and letting Alex get off his back and climb into bed where it was warm.

Alex looke dta him shivering"Love you"He whispers his gold eyes shining.He smiled at him

Harkuru used his head and nudged the boy onto the bed. He then moved the covers over him so that he would be able to stay warm. "Just sleep, Alex." He said licking the boy's hand and then going over to a corner he made a bed in and curled up. He laid down and put his tail over his face hiding it from the light that still shown through the windows from the moon that rose high into the night sky.

Jay nuzzled him and whined. (Moon? Did you find a pic for me? *Is a failure at picking out furry pictures*)

Alex sighed curlign up under the covers."I love you"He whsipers as he drifts off slowly

lol okay hold on)

Jinx whimpered lickign his sore paw and givign jay a nuzzle in return

Jay went back to Neko form and picked Jinx up gently "I'm sorry Jinx...'

Harkuru slowly drifted off to sleep. Abby and Spice circled around Kovu wanting to know the reason for him not saying or doing anything even when Harkuru had come back with Alex. They stared up at him with worried eyes before turning human and wrapping their arms around him begging himto do something. "There's something wrong with Harkuru! You have to do something! Go see what's wrong with him!" They screamed and pleaded at him for the longest time.
