[Patch.]

I nod shakily, rubbing my neck.

[FamineMyth]

I take her hand, happy we were okay. Bears weren't something you wanted to run into. Hopefully, they were far enough off that we could continue on our way safely.

[Patch.]

Soon after we start walking, I hear a roar and a scream.

[FamineMyth]

I pause, looking scared.

[Patch.]

"Mazzy!" I shift and sprint towards the noise.

[FamineMyth]

I quickly run after Sammy, hoping Mazzy was okay.

[Patch.]

I dash into the clearing we'd just left to see Mazzy on her back, trying to fight off the huge bear with her knife. She already has claw marks on her thighs as I the bear scratches and roars as she slices at it.

[FamineMyth]

I charge at the bear, snarling. We couldn't let her die, she had helped us out so much.

[Patch.]

I growl and charge, leaping onto the bear's back, I sink my teeth into its ear. The bear roars in pain and rears onto his hind legs.

[FamineMyth]

I go for the bears face where it's fur is thinnest. I cling onto its neck, my teeth locked on its muzzle.
