Mayson looked at Dakota and raised his eyebrows, "What did you say that Amber heard?"

Amber looked up at Jackson, "Hi."

"I think it just got better, why?" Dakota responded.

Jackson smiled, "You don't like it here or what?" he asked Amber.

Mayson nodded and leaned his head back with a smirk on his lips, "No reason."

Amber gave a small smile, "I like it here just not use to it yet."

Jackson nodded, "I understand." he replied.

Dakota looked at him for a few seconds. she got the impression that life has just gotten very eventful.

Amber patted beside her, "Come sit if you'd like."

Mayson closed his eyes and thought about everything that had happened today. How he met a beautiful girl and already is falling for her, how she offered them to stay with her and Jackson, and everything else that had happened.

Dakota sighed, "I'm gonna go get some water, want anything?" she asked.

Jackson smiled and say down next to Amber, "Thanks." he said, he pulled his phone out and turned his music off.

Mayson opened his eyes, "No i'm good thanks. Need any help with anything?"

Amber looked over at him, "Anytime. So whats your story?" She wasnt sure if he was comfortable talking about it but she had to ask.

"Killed some humans.." he said it wanting to add anything more.

Dakota shook her head, "I'm just getting water, I'll be back in a sec." she walked in the kitchen and rinsed the cup she used before, she filled it with water and walked back in. "See?" she held up the cup and smiled at him.

Mayson chuckled, "Yes i see."

Amber nodded and looked away. She looked at her knuckle that was now completely healed and laughed, "I did the same thing. I cant control my blood lust."

Dakota sat back down on the couch, closer to him than she was the first time. she smiled and drank some of the water. "So what made you guys stop through here?" she asked.

Jackson smiled, "I dissected them a little, I wanted to know if there was anything in their bodies that made them different from ours."
