Annie stopped breathing for a second and a low squeak escaped her lips when he grabbed her hand."I-I though I heard a phone go off a..and I was just checking to see if it was yours and..",she stammered,trailing off at the end.She prayed that he would just fall back asleep.

Shannon stirred again but rolled back over onto his side,still asleep.

Hayley didn't feel anything in that pocket so when he turned over, she quickly slipped her hand out and began to dig into his second pocket. Hopefully this one would have it. She prayed it did.

"Don't go in my pockets." He mumbled to her, but surprisingly didn't yell or get angry. He gently released her hand and settled back down. "Go to sleep, don't be causing trouble." Max said. There was nothing in his pockets, anyways, so he didn't worry about her finding anything.

Annie quickly drew her hand back."Ok",she mumbled quietly,letting out a sigh of relief that he didn't yell or hit her.She decided not to check the other pocket as one close was enough for one night.Leaning her head on the bed board,she frowned deeply,praying that the key was in the other man's pocket.

Shannon swatted his hands at his pockets feeling something there.Figuring he was dreaming it dropped his hand and ignored it.

Hayley froze when he swatted at his pockets, but she didn't pull her hand out. She felt something in the pocket and pulled it out, almost jumping for freaking joy when she saw that it was a key. She bit her lip to hold back a sound of joy and slowly started to get off the bed, hoping the shift in pressure wouldn't bother him.

Annie waited for the sound of the door down the hallway opening to fill the air,her breathing a little forced.Slowly,she slid off the bed to wait by the door so she could simply open the door and slip out.She sat down on the ground beside the door with her head leaning against the wall,so if Max woke up it would simply look like she was sleeping there.

Shannon rolled over and coughed lightly in his sleep.Not very many loud things woke him up but small noises did.He was just odd like that.

Hayley got off the bed and walked over to the bedroom door. She slowly opened it, slipped out, and closed it quietly behind her, it making a small click behind her. She didn't see Annie out yet, so she walked into the main room, waiting for her.

Upon hearing the door opening,Annie stood up and opened the door,quietly closing it behind her.She tip toed down to the main room where Hayley was waiting."Have you got it?",she asked nervously.'Please say yes',she thought silently to herself.

"Yes." Hayley said, holding the key up. "Come on, we need to go quick. The man was starting to move around and get restless." She said, quickly running over to the door and starting to unlock it.

Max started to stir when he heard the door close. He groaned and sat up, looking around and seeing that Annie had disappeared. He raised an eyebrow and stood up. "Annie?"

Annie followed Hayley closely,a small smile on her face.The only thing her mind was focusing on now was getting out of here and running home.

Shannon's eyes opened when he heard commotion outside the room.He looked around the room for Hayley and jumped to the conclusion that she had gone to get a drink.

Hayley had opened the door and tossed the key to the side, grabbing Annie's wrist and immediately pulling her out of the apartment, beginning to run down the hallway towards the door of the building.

Max quickly stepped out into the main room and immediately saw the door wide opened. His eyes widened and his fists clenched. They escaped! "Shannon! Get out here, they got the door open!" He yelled, quickly starting to run towards the door.
