She tried to think hard, finding some connections. "Well....It's the fact that they weren't people I knew, Invaders so to speak. They just....killed them with no purpose. My mother and father brought me life and gave me everything I needed. They cared for me." SHe said, her voice trailing off to a distant memory that she wanted to leave for the rest of her life.
~Flash back~
It was cold out and snow was starting to fall. "Make a wish Haru.," A soft female voice said kindly. It was her fith birthday and she was just now turning five. With a happy smile, she did and blew out the five colored candles and laughed happily. Back then...her hair wasn't white as snow, it was black as night. And her eyes were such a soft baby blue. Her mother and father smiled and gave her a hug, "Happy birthday dear." They said kindly. Her mother was pregnet with her baby brother and was due in a few more months from now. Haru laughed lightly and started feeling sick. There was a rock thrown in the window and the glass shattered, then....an arm broke the glass and someone broke through the door. Her mother hushed her crying daughter and rushed her to the safe room where there was a tunnle to lead outside. "Go now Haru, don't look back." Her mother said and gave her a smile, her cheeks glowing with clear tears as they rushed from her sparkling blue eyes. Paniked and scared, Haru ran from the house through the tunnle...then the gun shots and screams. Haru felt weak and cried, stopping and curling up in the little tunnle for a moment before she felt soft femal hands pull her out. It was her neighbors. They took her to the orphanage after three days and left her there.
