''You two,go stand over there, turn your backs or something, you don't need to see her naked'' Hopea said, waving her hands at the two.

''alright, alright''Dyr said, turning and strolling over to the tree line.

Zane followed, almost smirking.

Amber jerked again, then vanished. In her place was her human self, gripping her neck as the bandage came off.

''dang it'' Hopea said as the bandages came off '' you feeling any better?'' She asked in worry, knowing sometimes between changes they healed.

"Sort of. Just get me some clothes, will ya? Before one of the guys look." She replied, glancing at the backs of the two guys.

Hopea chuckled softly, grabbing some of the clothes and playfully dumping them over Amber's head.

Amber laughed and pulled the clothes on. "Okay, you guys can come back over now."

Zane turned around and dragged Bone over. "Okay, so what now?"

''I'm curious how you two ended up doing what you do'' Dyr questioned.

''Should we answer?'' Hopea asked, glancing at Amber to see if she agreed.

Amber shrugged. "You go ahead. I'll just take a nap."

''I guess we're like werewolves, we got bit by one wolf and this happened to us the next time it got cold out, Amber's really sensitive to the cold and I'm sensitive to the slightest change in temp. We've been like this for about 22 or 3 years?'' Hopea explained.
